ÖZET
 Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı, İzmir ilinde çalışan hemşirelerin duygusal emek davranışları ile karşılıklı bağımlılık durumları arasındaki ilişkiyi ve bunları etkileyen faktörleri incelemektir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Kesitsel, tanımlayıcı ve ilişkisel tasarımda olan araştırmanın örneklemini İzmir ilinde bir üniversite hastanesinde çalışan hemşireler oluşturmaktadır (n=115). Araştırma verileri Ağustos 2021-Mart 2022 tarihleri arasında toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu, Hemşirelerin Duygusal Emek Davranışı Ölçeği (HDEDÖ) ve Hemşire Karşılıklı Bağımlılık Ölçeği kullanılarak yüz yüze toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde sayı, ortalama, yüzde dağılımı, bağımsız örneklem t-test/Mann-Whitney U test ve tek yönlü varyans analizi/Kruskal-Wallis ve Spearman korelasyon testleri kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Hemşirelerin HDEDÖ alt boyut puan ortalamaları davranış alt boyutu için 4,15±0,54, derinlemesine davranış alt boyutu için 4,19±0,69, yüzeysel davranış alt boyutu için 4,14±0,91'dir. Hemşirelerin, Hemşire Karşılıklı Bağımlılık Ölçeği toplam puan ortalaması 75,59±13,24, bağımlı bakım alt boyutu puan ortalaması 44,89±9,32, ifade eksikliği alt boyutu puan ortalaması ise 30,69±5,68'dir. Hemşirelerin HDEDÖ alt boyut puan ortalamaları ve Hemşire Karşılıklı Bağımlılık Ölçeği ve alt boyutları puan ortalamaları ile bazı sosyodemografik özellikleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark vardır (p<0,05). Hemşirelerin HDEDÖ ve Hemşire Karşılıklı Bağımlılık Ölçeği toplam puan ve alt boyut puan ortalamalarında, bağımlı bakım alt boyut puan ortalaması ile samimi davranış ve derinlemesine davranış alt boyut puan ortalamaları arasında istatistiksel olarak negatif yönlü zayıf bir ilişki saptanmıştır. Sonuç: Araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerin hasta bakımı sırasında, daha fazla samimi davranış ve derinlemesine davranış gösterirken, daha az bağımlı bakım sundukları belirlenmiştir.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between emotional labor behaviors and interdependence situations of nurses working in İzmir and the factors affecting them. Material and Methods: The sample of the study, which has a cross-sectional, descriptive and correlational design, consists of nurses working in a university hospital in İzmir (n=115). Research data was collected between August 2021 and March 2022. The data of the research were collected face to face using the Introductory Information Form, Emotional Labor Behavior Scale for Nurses (ELBSN) and Nurse Codependency Questionnaire(NCQ). Number, mean, percentage distribution, Independent Sample t-test/Mann-Whitney U test and one-way analysis of variance/Kruskal-Wallis and Spearman correlation tests were used in the statistical analysis of the data. Results: Nurses' average HDESS subscale scores are 4.15±0.54 for the behavior subscale, 4.19±0.69 for the in-depth behavior subscale, and 4.14±0.91 for the superficial behavior subscale. The nurses' total mean score of the Nurse Interdependence Scale is 75.59±13.24, the mean score of the dependent care subscale is 44.89±9.32, and the mean score of the lack of expression subscale is 30.69±5.68. There is a statistically significant difference between nurses' ELBSN sub-dimension mean scores, NCQ and sub-dimension mean scores, and some sociodemographic characteristics (p<0.05). ELBSN and NCQ total score and sub-dimension mean scores, A statistically weak negative relationship was detected between the dependent care subscale mean score and the sincere behavior and in-depth behavior subscale mean score mean. Conclusion: It was determined that the nurses participating in the study showed more sincere behavior and in-depth behavior during patient care, while providing less dependent care.

"Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
