ÖZET
Amaç: Hemşirelerin hem çocuk hem de erişkin kuşaklarının özelliklerini bilmesi, hastalarla iletişim kurmalarını, hastalara verdikleri profesyonel bakım hizmetini ve hastaların memnuniyetlerini etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, hemşirelerin, hem çocuk hem de erişkin kuşakların özellikleri ile ilgili bilgi düzeylerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırmanın evrenini bir devlet hastanesinde Şubat-Mart 2021 tarihleri arasında çalışan 190 hemşire oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemini, örneklem seçim yöntemi kullanılmaksızın araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 181 hemşire oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın etik kurul ve kurum izni alındıktan sonra veriler ''Tanımlayıcı Bilgi Formu'' ve ''Çocuk ve Yetişkin Kuşaklarına Yönelik Soru Formu'' ile ''online'' olarak toplanmıştır. Veriler, SPSS 23 paket programında sayı, yüzde, ortalama ve standart sapma kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Bu araştırmada, hemşirelerin %94,5'i Y kuşağı, %73,5'i kadın, %79'u bekâr, %62,4'ü lisans ve üzeri eğitim düzeyine sahiptir. Kuşak kavramını, hemşirelerin %24,3'ü nesil ve %21'i zaman farkı anlamına geldiğini ifade etmiştir. Y kuşağını oluşturan bireyleri, hemşirelerin %91,7'si teknolojiye güven duyan, %90,6'sı kitle iletişim araçlarını yaygın kullanan ve %90,6'sı esnek çalışmayı seven olarak belirtmiştirler. Ayrıca Alfa kuşağı çocuklarını, hemşirelerin %39,2'si teknoloji bağımlısı, %26'sı yüz yüze iletişim çok az kuran ve %21,5'i teknolojik cihazları kendi zevklerine göre çalıştıran bireyler olarak ifade etmişlerdir. Sonuç: Hemşirelerin diğer kuşaklara kıyasla Y kuşağı ile ilgili bilgilerinin en fazla, Alfa kuşağı ile ilgili bilgilerinin de en az olduğu saptanmıştır. Kuşaklar hakkında, özellikle de gelecek nesli oluşturacak olan Alfa kuşağı çocukları hakkında hemşirelerin bilgi düzeyini artırmaya yönelik eğitim ve danışmanlık hizmetlerinin sağlanmasının faydalı olabileceği düşünülmektedir.

ABSTRACT
Objective: Knowing the characteristics of both child and adult generations of nurses affects their communication with patients, the professional care they provide to patients and the satisfaction of patients. The aim of this study is to evaluate their knowledge about the characteristics of both child and adult generations. Material and Methods: The population of the research consisted of 190 nurses working in a state hospital between February-March 2021. The sample of the study consisted of 181 nurses who agreed to participate in the study without using the sample selection method. After obtaining the permission of the ethics committee and institution of the research, the data were collected ''online'' with the ''Descriptive Information Form'' and ''Question Form for Child and Adult Generations''. The data were analyzed number, percentage, mean and standard deviation using the SPSS 23 package program. Results: In this study, 94.5% of the nurses were Y generation, 73.5% were women, 79% were single, 62.4% had a bachelor's degree or higher. The nurses stated that generation concept of means of 24.3% generation and 21% time difference. The individuals who make up the Y generation; 91.7% of the nurses stated that they trust technology, 90.6% use mass media extensively and 90.6% like to work flexible. Also Alpha generation children; 39.2% of the nurses had stated that they were technology addicts, 26% had very little face-to-face communication, and 21.5% they used technological devices according to their own pleasure. Conclusion: The nurses was detected the most knowledge about the Y generation and the least about the Alpha generation compared to other generations. It is thought that providing training and counseling services to nurses increase the level of knowledge nurses about generations, especially about the Alpha generation children that will constitute the next generation may be beneficial.

Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
