Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, farklı Vita klasik renge sahip akrilik dişlerde bulunan farklı derinlikteki kavitelerde 3 universal kompozit rezinin zaman içinde renk uyumunu değerlendirmektir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Farklı renklere (A1, A2, A3) sahip 90 adet akrilik santral kesici diş kullanıldı. Her akrilik dişe 2 farklı derinlikte (2 mm ve 4 mm) olmak üzere toplam 180 adet Sınıf III preparasyon yapıldı. Preparasyonlar, 2 tek renkli (Zenchroma, Charisma Diamond One) ve bir grup renkli universal kompozit rezin (Neo Spectra® ST) kullanılarak restore edildi. Bir akrilik dişte aynı kompozit rezin grubunun 2 farklı derinlikte preparasyonu bulundu (n=10). Akrilik dişlerin ve restorasyonların renk ölçümleri başlangıçta, hemen sonrasında, 1. gün, 7. gün ve 28. günde bir intraoral spektrofotometre kullanılarak yapıldı. Elde edilen L, a ve b koordinatları kullanılarak renk farklılıkları (ΔE00) CIEDE2000'e göre hesaplandı. Veriler, IBM SPSS V23 yazılımı ile Shapiro-Wilk testi ve genelleştirilmiş doğrusal modeller yöntemi kullanılarak analiz edildi. Bulgular: Vita klasik renk, kompozit türü ve zaman renk uyumunu istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecede etkiledi (p<0,05). En yüksek ΔE00 değerleri A3 renkli akrilik dişlerde elde edildi (p<0,001). Charisma Diamond One, Zenchroma kompozit grubuna göre daha yüksek ΔE00 değerleri sundu (p=0,020). ΔE00 değerleri zamanla artış gösterdi. Sonuç: Universal kompozit rezinler, farklı derinliklerdeki Sınıf III restorasyonlarda klinik kabul edilebilirlik eşik değerinin altında ancak algılanabilirlik eşik değerinin üzerinde ΔE00 değerleri sergiledi.

Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate the color matching of 3 universal composite resins on acrylic teeth of different Vita classical shades and in cavities of varying depths over time. Material and Methods: 90 acrylic central incisor teeth with different shades (A1, A2, A3) were used. A total of 180 Class III preparations were made on each acrylic tooth at 2 different depths (2 mm and 4 mm). The preparations were restored with 2 single-shade universal composite resins (Zenchroma, Charisma Diamond One) and a group-shade universal composite resin (Neo Spectra® ST). Each acrylic tooth contained 2 preparations at different depths with the same composite resin group (n=10). The color measurements of the acrylic teeth and restorations were made using an intraoral spectrophotometer at baseline, immediately after, 1st day, 7th day, and 28th day. The color differences (ΔE00) were calculated according to the CIEDE2000 formula from the obtained L, a, and b coordinates. Data were analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk and generalized linear models method with IBM SPSS V23. Results: Vita classical shade, composite, and time significantly affect color matching (p<0.05). The highest ΔE00 values were obtained in A3- shaded acrylic teeth (p<0.001). Charisma Diamond One presented higher ΔE00 values compared to Zenchroma composite group (p=0.020). The ΔE00 values showed an increase over time. Conclusion: Universal composite resins exhibited ΔE00 values below the clinically acceptable threshold but above the perceptibility threshold in Class III restorations of varying depths.
