Amaç: Çalışmada sporcuların, spor ve eğitim hayatlarını başarılı bir şekilde birleştirmesi için gereken yetkinliklerini değerlendirmek amacıyla geliştirilen 'Sporcular için Çift Kariyer Yetkinliği Ölçeği'nin [Dual Career Competency Questionnaire for Athletes (DCCQ-A)] Türkçe formunun geçerlik ve güvenirliğinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırmaya 13-22 yaş aralığında 113 kadın ve 108 erkek olmak üzere 10 farklı spor branşından toplam 221 (Xyaş= 15,87; Ss=2,06) sporcu katılmıştır. Algılanan Yetkinlik ve Algılanan Önem olmak üzere iki ayrı formu bulunan, 29 madde, 5'li Likert tipi değerlendirmeye sahip olan ölçeğin; çift kariyer yönetimi, kariyer planlama, duygusal farkındalık ve sosyal zekâ ve uyum alt boyutlarından oluşmaktadır. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliği için doğrulayıcı faktör analizi; yakınsak ve ıraksak geçerlikleri için Ortalama Açıklanan Varyans [Average Variance Extracted (AVE)], Maksimum Paylaşılan Varyansın Karesi [Maximum Squared Variance (MSV)] ve Paylaşılan Varyansın Karesinin Ortalaması [Average Shared Squared Variance (ASV)], Bileşik Güvenirlik [Composite Reliability (CR)] değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirliğini sınamak için ise Cronbach alfa iç tutarlık ve CR katsayıları hesaplanmıştır. Bulgular: Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonuçlarına göre ölçekte yer alan maddelerin faktör yükleri, Algılanan Yetkinlik Formu için 0,82 ile 0,94; Algılanan Önem Formu için 0,86- 0,93 aralığında değişmekte ve modelin her iki form için de iyi uyum indeks değerlerine sahip olduğu görülmektedir. Ölçeğin her iki formu için hesaplanan MSV, ASV ve AVE değerleri ölçeğin yakınsak ve ıraksak geçerliğini; Cronbach alfa ve CR katsayıları ise envanterin güvenirliğini desteklemektedir. Sonuç: Elde edilen bulgular, DCCQ-A'nın sporcularda çift kariyer yetkinliklerinin değerlendirilmesi için geçerlik ve güvenirlik koşullarını sağladığını ortaya koymaktadır.

Objective: In the study, it was aimed to examine the validity and reliability of the Turkish form of the "Dual Career Competency Questionnaire for Athletes" (DCCQ-A), which was developed to evaluate the competencies of athletes to successfully combine their sports and educational lives. Material and Methods: A total of 221 (Xage= 15.87; Sd=2.06) athletes from 10 different sports branches, including 113 women and 108 men between the ages of 13-22, participated in the study. The scale has two forms, Perceived Competence and Perceived Importance, 29 items, 5-point Likert type evaluation; dual career management, career planning, emotional awareness and social intelligence and adaptation sub-dimensions. Confirmatory factor analysis for the construct validity of the scale; Average Variance Extracted (AVE), Maximum Squared Variance (MSV) and Average Shared Squared Variance (ASV), Composite Reliability (CR) values were calculated for convergent and divergent validity. Cronbach alpha and CR coefficients were calculated to test the reliability of the scale. Results: According to the confirmatory factor analysis results, the factor loads of the items in the scale were 0.82 and 0.94 for the perceived competence form; It ranges from 0.86 to 0.93 for the perceived importance form and the model has good fit index values for both forms. The MSV, ASV and AVE values calculated for both forms of the scale show the convergent and divergent validity of the scale; Cronbach's alpha and CR coefficients support the reliability of the inventory. Conclusion: The findings show that the DCCQ-A provides validity and reliability conditions for the evaluation of dual career competencies in athletes.
