Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, Ankara Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi sağlık çalışanlarının Hastane Bilgi Sistemleri (HBS) kabul düzeylerini belirlemektir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Teknoloji Kabul Modeli (TKM) ile Sağlık Bakanlığı Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesindeki sağlık çalışanlarının HBS kullanımlarının değerlendirilmesi nedeni ile tanımlayıcı türdedir. Çalışmada kullanılan ölçeğin geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik analizlerinin yapılması nedeni ile metodolojik yönü de bulunmaktadır. Çalışmanın evrenini Ankara Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesinde görev yapan 1.789 sağlık çalışanları oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak anket kullanılmış, analizler anketlere dönüş yapan 763 sağlık çalışanlarının verileri üzerinden gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada TKM ölçeğinin HBS alanında kullanılması için uyarlama çalışması yapılmıştır. İki grubun ortalamalarının farklı olup olmadığını analiz etmek için bağımsız örneklemler için t-testi uygulanmış; ikiden fazla ortalama arasındaki farklılığı test etmek için ise tek yönlü ANOVA uygulanmıştır. Etki büyüklüğünü için kısmı etakare katsayısı hesaplanmıştır. Çalışma 2018 yılında tamamlanmıştır. Bulgular: Çalışma grubunun 'algılanan fayda' alt boyut puanlarının ortalaması X =18,96±4,11, 'algılanan kullanım kolaylığı' alt boyut puan ortalaması X =17,83±3,84, 'kullanıma yönelik niyet' alt boyut puan ortalaması X =10,71±2,85 olarak bulunmuştur. TKM ölçeği puan ortalaması ise X =47,51±9,37 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Sonuç: HBS kullanımına ilişkin ne olumlu ne olumsuz algıya sahip olduğu, ancak geliştirilmesi gereken yönleri olduğu belirlenmiştir. HBS'ye yönelik algıda bütün değişkenler incelendiğinde en yüksek puanlar 'algılanan fayda', en düşük puanlar 'kullanıma yönelik niyet' boyutunda gözlenmiştir.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to determine the acceptance level of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) by Ankara Training and Research Hospital's healthcare professionals. Material and Methods: It is a descriptive research whose scope is to evaluate the use of HIS of health and administrative personnel in the Training and Research Hospital of the Ministry of Health through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Due to the validity and reliability study, the scales used in this research also have methodological aspects. The universe of the study consists of 1,789 healthcare professionals working in Ankara Training and Research Hospital. The questionnaire is used as a data collection tool and the data of 763 healthcare professionals who answer the questionnaire are analyzed. In the study, an adaptation study is carried out for the use of TAM Scale in HIS field. In order to analyze whether the means of the two groups are different, independent samples t-test is applied; one-way ANOVA is applied to test the difference between more than two means. Partial etakare coefficient is calculated for the effect size. The study is completed in 2018. Results: The average score of the research group's "perceived usefulness" sub-dimension is X =18.96±4.11, the average score of the "perceived ease of use" sub-dimension is X=17.83±3.84, and the "use-related intention" sub-dimension average score is X=10.71±2.85. The average score of the TAM scale is calculated as X=47.51±9.37. Conclusion: It has been determined that there is neither positive nor negative views regarding the use of the HIS, but there are some aspects that should be improved. When all of the variables related to perception towards HIS are examined, the highest scores are noted in the "perceived usefulness" dimension, and the lowest scores are noted in the "use-related intention" dimension.
