Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, bir 3B baskılı daimi reçine, bir nanoseramik rezin bilgisayar destekli tasarım/bilgisayar destekli üretim [computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM)] bloğu, bir bulk-fill ve bir konvansiyonel kompozit rezinin renklendirici ajan ile renk değişimini ve ev tipi beyazlatmanın etkisini değerlendirmektir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Toplamda 40 rezin örnek [daimi reçine (DR), Cerasmart (CS), SonicFill (SF), Solare X (SX)] 6 mm çapında ve 2 mm kalınlığında hazırlanmıştır. Başlangıç renk değeri spektrofotometre ile ölçülen örnekler, 30 gün boyunca distile su ve kahvede bekletilmiştir. Renklendirme sonrası spektrofotometre ile ölçüm tekrarlanmış ve örneklere ev tipi beyazlatma ajanı 7 gün boyunca günde 6 saat uygulanmıştır. Beyazlatma uygulamasından sonra da renk değeri spektrofotometre ile ölçülmüştür. Başlangıç, 30 günlük renklendirme ve beyazlatma işleminden sonraki renk değişimi değerleri CIEDE2000 formülü ile hesaplanmıştır. Kompozitler arasındaki renk değişimi farkları tek yönlü ANOVA ve Bonferroni testi ile renklendirici sıvılar arasındaki renk değişimi farkları bağımsız t-testi ile değerlendirildi. Materyallerinin L* , a* ve b* değerlerinin renklendirme sıvılarına ve beyazlatma ajanına bağlı renk değişimleri repeated measure (tekrarlı ölçüm) ANOVA ile analiz edildi. Bulgular: Solüsyonlarda bekletme sonrası en fazla renklenme distile su grubu için DR'de, kahve grubu için ise SX'te görülmüştür. Her iki grupta da en az renklenme CS'de meydana gelmiştir. Beyazlatma sonrasında ise distile su grubunda bekletilen DR, SF ve SX dışında tüm örneklerde eşik değerin üzerinde renk değişikliği gözlenmiştir. Sonuç: DR'nin daha fazla renklenmesi ve beyazlatma yanıtının daha düşük olması estetik bölgede kullanımını güçleştirebilir. Bu çalışmanın sınırları dahilinde, CAD/CAM ile üretilen rezin bloğun renklenmeye karşı daha stabil olduğu ve beyazlatma yanıtının daha iyi olduğu söylenebilir.

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the color change of a 3D printed permanent resin, a nanoceramic resin computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) block, a bulk-fill and a conventional composite resin with a coloring agent and the effect of home bleaching. Material and Methods: A total of 40 resin samples [permanent resin (DR), Cerasmart (CS), SonicFill (SF), Solare X (SX)] were prepared with a diameter of 6 mm and a thickness of 2 mm. The samples were kept in distilled water and coffee for 30 days after the initial color value was measured with a spectrophotometer. After coloring, the measurement with spectrophotometer was repeated and home bleaching agent was applied to the samples for 6 hours a day for 7 days. After bleaching, color measurement was repeated with a spectrophotometer. Color change values after initial, 30-day coloring and bleaching were calculated with the CIEDE2000 formula. Color change differences between composites were evaluated with one-way ANOVA and Bonferroni test, and color change differences between coloring liquids were evaluated with independent t-test. Color changes of L* , a* , and b* values of the materials due to coloring liquids and bleaching agent were analyzed by repeated measure ANOVA. Results: The highest coloration was observed in the DR for the distilled water group and SX for the coffee group after the solutions were kept. The least coloration occurred in CS in both groups. After bleaching, color change was observed above the threshold value in all samples except DR, SF and SX, which were kept in the distilled water group. Conclusion: More coloration of DR and lower whitening response may complicate its use in the esthetic area. Within the limits of this study, it can be said that the resin block produced by CAD/CAM is more stable against coloration and has a better whitening response.
