Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, değişmeli takvim probiyotik sağaltımı (Dtps)'nın kaşıntılı köpeklerde antipruritik amaçla kullanımının araştırılması olarak belirlendi. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Atopik dermatitli köpeklerin ayırıcı tanısında; a) In vitro alerjen spesifik IgE konsantrasyonları, b) Favrot kriterleri, c) CADESI-04 (Köpeklerde Atopik Dermatit Yaygınlık ve Şiddet İndeksi-04 no.lu bülten) skorlaması, d) Derin deri kazıntısı, sitolojik muayene, e) Dermatoskopik değerlendirme gerçekleştirildi. Olgularımızda kaşıntının skorlanması için geliştirilmiş (adapte edilmiş) gözlemsel analog ölçek kullanıldı. Bulgular: Dört farklı probiyotik kürü (1. hafta Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, 2. hafta Enterococcus faecium+Lactobacillus acidophilus+Bacillus coagulans, 3. hafta Enterococcus faecium ve 4. hafta vitamin D3+Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. Lactis (BB 12) birer haftalık periyodlarla kullanılarak yapılan karşılaştırmalı değerlendirmede, kaşıntı skoruna ilişkin aralık değerleri sağaltım öncesinde 5-10, sonrasında ise 0- 3 arasında belirlendi. Sonuç: Kısa dönem Dtps ile, kaşıntılı köpeklerde antipruritik etkinliğin sağlanabileceği öne sürülebilir.

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the use of altered calendar probiotic treatment (Acpt) in itchy dogs for antipruritic purposes. Material and Methods: In the differential diagnosis of dogs with atopic dermatitis a) In vitro allergen specific IgE concentrations, b) Favrot criteria, c) CADESI-04 (bulletin of atopic dermatitis prevalence and severity index-04 in dogs) scoring, d) Deep skin scraping, cytological examination, e) Dermatoscopic evaluation. In our cases, developed (adapted) observational analog scale (ruler) was used to score pruritus. Results: Four different probiotic cures (1st week Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, 2nd week Enterococcus faecium + Lactobacillus acidophilus + Bacillus coagulans, 3rd week Enterococcus faecium and 4th week vitamin D3 + Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. Lactis (BB 12) with 1 week periods. Interval values for pruritus scores were 5-10 before treatment and 0-3 after treatment with short-term Dtps. Conclusion: It mightbe sugegested that short term Acpt should hasten antipruritic efficacy to dose of pruritic dogs.
