Amaç: Bu in vitro çalışmanın amacı, universal bir adeziv ile birlikte uygulanan; yüksek dolduruculu akışkan kompozit rezinlerin, geleneksel akışkan kompozit rezinlerin, tepilebilir kompozit rezinlerin makaslama bağlanma dayanımını karşılaştırmaktır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Çürüksüz üçüncü büyük azı dişlerinden elde edilen 96 örnek, 4 ana grup ve her birinde 2 alt grup olacak şekilde toplamda 8 gruba (n=12) ayrıldı. 4 ana grup: 1. grup ''G-ænial Posterior composite, 2. grup ''G-ænial Universal Flo (GUF), 3. grup ''ClearfilTM Majesty ES Flow, 4. grup ''RUBY Flow. ''Scotchbond Universal Plus'' her grupta 2 farklı yöntemle uygulanarak ikişer alt grup oluşturulmuştur: a) Selfetch uygulama, b) Etch&rinse.

Objective: The purpose of this in vitro study was to compare the shear bond strength of high filler flowable composite resins, conventional flowable composite resins, and packable composite resins when applied with a universal adhesive. Material and Methods: Ninety-six specimens obtained from caries-free third molars, 4 main groups and 2 subgroups in each group, totaling 8 groups (n=12) were separated. The 4 main groups were: 1st group ''G-ænial Posterior composite, 2nd group ''G-ænial Universal Flo (GUF), 3rd Group ''ClearfilTM Majesty ES Flow, 4th group ''RUBY Flow. Scotchbond Universal Plus'' in each group 2 subgroups were formed by applying 2 different methods: a) Selfetch application, b) Etch&rinse. The micro shear bond strengths of the samples were determined using a universal testing machine. Data were analyzed using two-way analysis of variance and the Tukey HD test (α=0.05). Results: The micro shear bond strength of the GUF group samples was determined to be significantly different from that of the other three groups (p<0.001). There was no significant difference in shear bond strength between the other materials (p>0.161). In the comparison between the methods, it was determined that the bond strength of the composite blocks applied with the acid etching method was statistically higher than the self-etch method. Conclusion: Among the 4 different composite materials tested, GUF was found to exhibit the highest bond strength values. Acid etching increased the bond strength of composite materials.
