ÖZET
 Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, dijital radyografi yöntemindeki miliamper-saniye (mAs) değerlerindeki değişikliklerin yeni nesil fissür örtücü materyallerinin radyoopasite değerlerine etkisinin belirlenmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu çalışmada; 4 farklı opak, bir yeni nesil mavi, bir açık yeşil ve bir polimerizasyon öncesi pembe sertleştikten sonra opak olmak üzere toplam 7 farklı rezin içerikli fissür örtücü örneği ile birlikte ortodontik sebeplerle çekilmiş bir üst birinci premolar insan dişine ait mine ve dentin içeren diş kesiti kullanıldı. Çalışmada kullanılmak üzere 8 mm çapında ve 1 mm kalınlığında silindir şeklinde birer örnek hazırlandı. 8 basamaklı aluminyum kademeli kama ve silindir şeklindeki örneklerden, obje-fokal spot mesafesi ve (kiloVolt potansiyeli) kVp değeri sabit tutulup mAs değerleri değiştirilerek (0,35; 0,88; 1,40; 2,80 mAs) her değer için 10 dijital radyografi alındı. Örneklerin radyoopasite değerleri ve bu değerlerin eşdeğer aluminyum kalınlık cinsinden değerleri elde edildi. İstatistiksel analiz için tek yönlü varyans analizi ve Tukey çoklu karşılaştırma testi kullanıldı. Bulgular: mAs değeri sabit tutulduğunda gruplar arası radyoopasite değerlerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık vardır (p<0,001). mAs değerleri değiştirildiğinde grup içi karşılaştırmalarda istatistiksel fark bulunamamıştır (p>0,05). Sonuç: Çalışmamızda kullanılan fissür örtücü materyallerinin radyoopasite değerleri üretici firmalara ve rezin içeriğindeki doldurucu türüne göre farklılık göstermektedir. Buna karşın mAs değerlerindeki farklılık radyoopasite değerlerini etkilememektedir. Bu nedenle mAs değeri artırılarak hastalara fazladan radyasyon verilmesi gereksiz olacaktır. Test edilen 7 fissür örtücü grubundan 3'ü radyoopasite beklentilerini karşılarken, kalan 4 grup karşılayamamıştır. En yüksek değer 4. grupta (Fissured Nova Plus+) gözlemlenirken, en düşük değerler 3. grupta (ClinproTM Sealant) ölçülmüştür.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the effect of changes in mAs values in the digital radiography method on the radiopacity values of new generation fissure sealant materials. Material and Methods: In this study, a total of 7 different resin-based fissure sealant samples, including 4 different opaque, one new generation blue, one light green and one pink before polymerization and opaque after hardening, were used, along with a tooth section containing enamel and dentin from a human 1st premolar tooth extracted for orthodontic reasons. A cylinder-shaped sample with a diameter of 8 mm and a thickness of 1 mm was prepared for use in the study. 10 digital radiographs were taken for each value from the 8-step aluminum penetrometer and cylinder-shaped samples by keeping the object-focal spot and kVp constant and changing only the mAs values (0.35, 0.88, 1.40, 2.80 mAs). Radiopacity values of the samples and their equivalent aluminum thickness values were obtained. One-way analysis of variance and Tukey's multiple comparison test were used for statistical analysis. Results: There is a statistical significant difference between groups while keeping the mAs values constant (p<0.001). The statistical analysis showed no significance in comparison of intra-groups while changing the mAs values (p>0.05). Conclusions: The radiopacity values of the fissure sealant materials used in our study vary depending on the manufacturer and the type of filler in the resin content. However, the difference in mAs values does not affect the radiopacity values. Therefore, it would be unnecessary to give patients extra radiation by increasing the mAs value. While 3 of the 7 fissure sealant groups tested met the expected radiopacity, the remaining 4 groups failed to meet the expected radiopacity. The highest value was observed in the 4th group (Fissured Nova Plus+) and the lowest values were measured in the 3rd group (ClinproTM Sealant).

"Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
