ÖZET
Amaç: Araştırmanın amacı, sağlık profesyonellerinin doğumdan sonra ten tene temas (TTT) uygulamasındaki engellerini açıklamaktır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Tanımlayıcı fenomenolojik tasarımdaki araştırmanın örneklemini, sağlık profesyonellerinden 12 katılımcı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada, amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri Şubat-Mart 2020 tarihleri arasında bireysel derinlemesine görüşmelerle, kişisel bilgi formu ve yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, içerik analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan 12 katılımcının yaşları 26 ile 52 arasında değişmektedir. Katılımcıların 2'si ön lisans, 3'ü lisans, 7'si lisansüstü seviyesinde eğitime sahiptir. Yapılan görüşmelerin analizinden 7 tema ve 12 alt tema elde edilmiştir. Annelere ilişkin engeller ana temasının annelerin isteksiz olması, istenmeyen gebelik olması, annede genel sağlık durumu ve kronik hastalık olması ve yenidoğanda verniks kazeozanın olması alt temaları bulunmaktadır. Yenidoğana ilişkin engeller temasının, acil müdahale gerektiren durumlar ve yenidoğanın cinsiyeti alt temaları bulunmaktadır. Sisteme ait engeller temasının zaman kısıtlaması ve personel sayısının yetersizliği alt temaları bulunmuştur. Prosedürlere ilişkin engeller temasının güvenliğin sağlanması ve karar vermede ikilem alt temaları bulunmuştur. Sağlık profesyonellerinin bilgi/tutum/davranışları bilgi eksikliği ve tutum/davranışlar alt temaları bulunmaktadır. Fiziki ortama ilişkin engeller teması ve son tema olan öneriler teması belirlenmiştir. Sonuç: Bu araştırmada, sağlık profesyonelleri TTT uygulamasında birçok engelle karşılaştığı saptanmıştır. Annelerin isteksiz olması, personel sayısının yetersiz olması, iş yükünün fazla olması ve katılımcıların bilgi eksikliğinin olması bu uygulamanın yapılmasını engellediğini göstermiştir.

ABSTRACT
Objective: The aim of the research is to explain the barriers in the practice of skin contact by health professionals after birth. Material and Methods: Twelve participants from health professionals constitute the sample of the research in descriptive phenomenological design. February-March 2020 data of the study was collected with individual in-depth interviews, using a semi-structured interview form and form personal information. The content analysis method was used in the analysis of the data. Results: The ages of the 12 participants who participated in the study ranged from 26 to 52. Education level of the participants have associate 2 degree, 3 undergraduate and 7 graduate. Seven themes and 12 sub-themes were obtained from the analysis of the interviews. Barriers for mothers the main theme is unwilling mothers, unwanted pregnancy, general health status and chronic disease in the mother and vernix caseosa in the newborn sub-themes are. The theme of obstacles for the newborn has sub-themes of situations requiring emergency intervention and gender of the newborn. Time limitation and lack of staff sub-themes were found in the theme of obstacles belonging to the system. Ensuring safety and dilemma in decision making sub-themes have been found in the theme of obstacles to procedures information/attitude/behavior of health professionals there are subthemes of lack of knowledge and attitude/behavior. The theme of obstacles related to the physical environment and the theme of suggestions, which is the final theme, were determined. Conclusion: In this study, it was found that health professionals face many obstacles in skin contact application. The fact that mothers ar ereluctant, the number of staff is insufficient, the workload is excessive, and the lack of knowledge of participants has shown that this practice prevents them from doing so.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
