ÖZET
Amaç: Ülkemizde, hemşirelik eğitimi ve sağlık bakım hizmetleri toplumsal gereksinimlere göre bir dizi yasal ve düzenleyici süreçlerden geçmiştir. Çalışma, hemşirelik öğrencilerinin hemşirelik tarihi ile ilgili bilgi düzeylerinin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Tanımlayıcı nitelikteki araştırmanın evrenini 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesinde öğrenim gören 3. Sınıf öğrencileri, örneklemini ise bu öğrenciler arasından çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden 94 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Veriler, araştırmacılar tarafından literatür doğrultusunda hazırlanan 'Anket Formu' aracılığı ile toplanmıştır. Veriler SPSS 22.0 programında değerlendirilmiştir. Değerlendirmede ortalamalar ve yüzdelikler kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Yaş ortalamaları 21,11±1,72 olan öğrencilerin, % 75,5'i kadındır. Öğrencilerin %58,5'i inin yaşamının büyük çoğunluğunda il merkezinde bulundukları. %36,2'nin ailesi Marmara Bölgesi'nde olduğunu , %76,6'sının çekirdek aileye sahip oldukları. %64,9'nun ailesinin gelir durumu orta düzeyde ve %89,4'ün sosyal güvencesi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Öğrencilerin %45,7'si ülkemizde modern hemşireliğin kurucusunun Besim Ömer Paşa olduğunu, %73,4'nün modern hemşireliğin gelişimi Cumhuriyet Döneminde başladığını, %34,4'ü ilk resmi okulun Kızılay Hemşirelik Okulu olduğu ve %57,4'ü ülkemizde ilk hemşirelik lisans eğitimi veren okulun Ege Üniversitesi Hemşirelik Yüksekokulu olduğunu belirtmiştir. Ayrıca araştırmada öğrencilerin %41,5'i ilk çıkarılan 'hemşirelik kanun'nun tarihini doğru bildikleri saptanmıştır. Sonuç: Öğrencilerin meslek tarihleri konusunda yeterli bilgiye sahip olmadıkları saptanmıştır. Bu konuda öğrencilere yönelik yapılan eğitimlerin tekrarlanması önerilmiştir.

ABSTRACT
Objective: Nursing education and health care services in our country have undergone a series of legal and regulatory processes according to social needs.The study was conducted to determine the. knowledge levels of students about nursıng hıstory. Material and Methods: The universe of the descriptive research was formed by the 3th grade students studying at Uludağ University in the 2017-2018 educational year and the sample was 94 students who accepted to participate in the study among these students. The data were collected by the through the "Questionnaire Form" prepared by researchers in accordance with the literature. The data were evaluated in the SPSS 22.0 program. Averages and percentages were used for the evaluation. Results: 75,5% of the students are females whose average age is 21,11±1,72. The place where 58,5% of the cases spend most of their lives is the province center 36,2% of the family is in the Marmara Region. 76,6% of the family type is the core family. It was found that 45,7% of the students knew that 'Besim Ömer Paşa 'was the person who gives priority to the beginning of modern nursing profession in our country, 73.4% of them said that the development of modern nursing started in the Republican Period, 34.4% of them knew that 'Kızılay Nursing School' was the first official nursing school, 57.4% of them stated that the school that provided the first nursing undergraduate education was the Ege University School of Nursing. 41.5% of them knew the first nursing law was enacted in 1954. Conclusion: It has been determined that the students do not have enough knowledge about their professional history. In this regard, it is suggested to repeat the trainings for the students.

Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
