Lymphoma is an important health problem that needs to be addressed because of high disease and treatment-related symptoms. Most of the patients take chemotherapy treatment outpatient and go home and have to cope with their symptoms at home without the support of healthcare personnel. Therefore, telehealth practices gain great importance in controlling symptom management, improving health outcomes, and increasing access to health services. Telehealth practices used in symptom management in cancer patients have positive effects such as improvement in the functional status of patients, reduction in hospital admissions and hospitalization rates, loss of workforce, and nosocomial infection rates. With telehealth applications, it is ensured that the symptoms of patients are determined and controlled at an early stage and the development of complications can be prevented. For this reason, it is important for nurses to focus on telehealth practices in the follow-up of lymphoma patients in the home care process and to create care protocols and guidelines in this context.
