ÖZET
 Amaç: Bu çalışma Klinik Hemşireler İçin Yeterlilik Ölçeğinin Türkçe'ye uyarlanarak geçerlik ve güvenirliğinin sağlanması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Metodolojik tipteki bu araştırma, Karadeniz Bölgesinde bulunan bir devlet hastanesindeki 228 hemşire ile yürütülmüştür. Veriler, Ağustos- Eylül 2023 tarihleri arasında Google Form kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Veriler, Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve taslak hâlindeki ''Klinik Hemşireler İçin Yeterlilik Ölçeği'' ile toplanmıştır. Ölçeğin dil ve kapsam geçerliği yapıldıktan sonra yapı geçerliği doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ile sağlanmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirliği için Cronbach alfa, madde-toplam korelasyonları, ayırt edicilik ve test-tekrar test yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın yapılabilmesi için kurum ve etik kurul izinleri alınmıştır. Bulgular: Ölçeğin dil geçerliğinin sağlanması için çeviri-geri çeviri tekniği kullanılmıştır. Daha sonra kapsam geçerliğinde Davis tekniği kullanılmış ve hemşirelikte yönetim alanında görev yapan 11 hemşire akademisyenden uzman görüşü alınmıştır. Klinik Hemşireler için Yeterlik Ölçeğinin Kapsam Geçerlik İndeksi 0,97 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi öncesi Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin değeri 0,85 ve Bartlett test X2=1594,321; p<0,001 tespit edilmiştir. 18 madde 3 alt boyutta oluşan Klinik Hemşireler İçin Yeterlilik Ölçeğinin uyum indeksleri X2/sd (CMIN/df)=2,52, Yaklaşık ortalama karekök hatası=0,06, Uyum iyiliği indeksi=0,90, Düzeltilmiş uyum iyiliği indeksi=0,90, Karşılaştırmalı uyum indeksi=0,91 ve Ortalama karekök=0,07 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Ölçeğin toplam Cronbach alfası 0,87 olup madde toplam korelasyonları 0,378-0,642'dir. Alt ve üst %27 grupları arasında anlamlı farklılık saptanan ölçeğin test-tekrar test korelasyon katsayısı 0,903 olarak belirlenmiştir. Sonuç: 18 maddelik Klinik Hemşireler İçin Yeterlilik Ölçeği, hemşirelerin yeterliliğinin değerlendirilmesinde kullanılabilecek geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçüm aracıdır. Hemşirelerin bireysel ve kurumsal özelliklerinin yeterlilik üzerindeki etkisinin incelenmesi, hemşirelik uygulamalarının geliştirilmesi, klinik yeterliliğin sürekli değerlendirilmesi ve hizmet kalitesinin artırılmasının sağlanması için ölçeğin klinikte kullanımı önerilmektedir.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: This study was conducted to adapt the Competence Scale for Clinical Nurses into Turkish and to ensure its validity and reliability. Material and Methods: This methodological study was conducted with 228 nurses in a state hospital in the Black Sea Region. The data were collected using Google Form between August and September 2023. The data were collected with the Personal Information Form and the draft ''Competence Scale for Clinical Nurses''. After the language and content validity of the scale, its construct validity was ensured by confirmatory factor analysis. Cronbach Alpha, item-total correlations, divergent and test-retest methods were used for the reliability of the scale. Institutional and ethics committee permissions were obtained for the study. Results: The translation-back translation technique was used to ensure the language validity of the scale. Then, Davis technique was used for content validity and expert opinion was obtained from 11 nurse academicians working in the field of management in nursing. The Content Validity Index of the Competence Scale for Clinical Nurses was found to be 0.97. Before confirmatory factor analysis, Kaiser Meyer Olkin value was 0.85 and Bartlett's test X2=1594.321; p<0.001 was determined. Consisting of 18 items and three sub-dimensions, the fit indices of the Competence Scale for Clinical Nurses were calculated as X2/sd (CMIN/df)=2.52, Root mean square error of approximation=0.06, Goodness-of-fit index=0.90, Adjustment goodness of fit index=0.90, Comparative fit index=0.91 and Root Mean Square Residual= 0.07. The total Cronbach Alpha of the scale is 0.87 and the item-total correlations are 0.378-0.642. There is a significant difference between the top 27% and the bottom 27% groups of the scale and the test-retest correlation coefficient is 0.903. Conclusion: The 18-item Competence Scale for Clinical Nurses is a valid and reliable measurement tool that can be used to assess the competence of nurses. The scale is recommended to be used in the clinic to examine the effect of individual and institutional characteristics of nurses on competence, to improve nursing practices, to continuously evaluate clinical competence and to improve service quality.

1. TERMS OF USE

1.1. - Providing structural, statistical and editorial support to article preparation stage for scientific journals.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Every USER agrees, declares and undertakes that they will not proceed by any function or action infringement of rights of "Turkiye Klinikleri"s and/or other third parties', they are the exclusive right holder on usage, processing, storage, made public and revealing any written, visual or auditory information reported to Turkiye Klinikleri" and/or "SITE" to the third parties. Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
