Independent sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance were performed by analyzing demographic variables and scales. Regression analysis was used to examine the effect between scales. Results: 71% of the nurses participating in the study are women and 29% are men. 12.1% were 64 people aged 25 and under, 45.1% were 238 people aged 26-35, 35.0% were 185 people aged 36- 45, 7.82% were 46 and over 41 people formed. 78.4% are married, 21.6% are single. 57.4% of the nurses work in a state hospital, 42.6% in a university hospital.
