ÖZET
İnovasyon, sağlık sonuçlarını, verimliliği, maliyet etkinliğini veya kullanıcıların deneyimini iyileştirmeye yönelik olan, planlı ve koordineli eylemle uygulanan, yeni bir dizi davranışlar, programlar ve çalışma biçimleridir. İnovasyon için lider hemşirelerin yaratıcılığı teşvik eden düşüncelere değer vermeleri, risk alma davranışını yönetmeleri, toleranslı olmaları ve çalışanların otonomisini desteklemeleri gerekmektedir. Sağlık bakım hizmetlerinin verildiği kurumlarda hemşireler sistemi en iyi bilen ve hastalarla en fazla vakit geçiren sağlık personelidir. Aynı zamanda sağlık personeli arasında sayıca en fazla olan gruptur. Dolayısıyla zengin bilgiye, düşünceye, gelişen teknolojiler ve yeniliklere yol gösterici bilgi için kullanılabilecek çok değerli içgörülere sahiptirler. Bu nedenle inovasyona şekil vermek ve hızlandırmak için hemşireler en uygun konumdadırlar. Bu derleme makalede, hemşirelerin inovasyon sürecine olan katılımlarını sağlamak ve günlük bakım uygulamalarını olumlu yönde etkilemek için farkındalıklarını artıracak temel eylemler özetlenmiştir. Hemşirelerin bakım uygulamalarında kullandıkları anlık çözümler aslında temel inovasyon örnekleridir. Hemşirelere inovasyonla ilgili bir yol haritası belirlemek için inovasyonun özellikleri, öğeleri ve takım iş birliği konularında bilgilendirme yapılması yol haritasının ilk basamağıdır. Daha sonra hemşirelere fikir üretme, patent alma, prototip geliştirme süreçleriyle ilgili eğitimler almalarını sağlama ve geliştirdikleri fikirlerin hayata geçirilmesi sürecinde destek olmak, cesaretlendirmek ve mesleki bilimsel altyapısını güçlendirmek yol haritasının diğer önemli aşamalarıdır.

ABSTRACT
Innovation is a new set of behaviors, programs and ways of working, implemented through planned and coordinated action, aimed at improving health outcomes, efficiency, cost-effectiveness or users' experience. For innovation, nurse leaders need to value ideas that encourage creativity, manage risk-taking behavior, be tolerant, and support employees' autonomy. In institutions where health care services are provided, nurses are the health personnel who know the system best and spend the most time with patients. It is also the most numerous group among healthcare personnel. Therefore, they have rich knowledge, thoughts, and invaluable insights that can be used to inform emerging technologies and innovations. Therefore, nurses are in the best position to shape and accelerate innovation. In this review article, basic actions that will increase nurses' awareness in order to ensure their participation in the innovation process and positively affect daily care practices are summarized. Instant solutions that nurses use in their care practices are actually examples of fundamental innovation. In order to determine a road map for innovation, informing nurses about the characteristics, elements and team collaboration of innovation is the first step of the road map. Then, supporting and encouraging nurses in the process of generating ideas, obtaining patents, providing them with training on prototype development processes and implementing the ideas they develop, and strengthening their professional scientific infrastructure are other important stages of the road map.

1. TERMS OF USE

- Providing structural, statistical and editorial support to article preparation stage for scientific journals.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Every USER agrees, declares and undertakes that they will not proceed by any function or action infringement of rights of "Turkiye Klinikleri"s and/or other third parties', they are the exclusive right holder on usage, processing, storage, made public and revealing any written, visual or auditory information reported to Turkiye Klinikleri" and/or "SITE" to the third parties. 4.8. "Turkiye Klinikleri" may give links through the "SITE" to other websites and/or "CONTEXT"s and/or folders that are outside of their control and owned and run by third parties. These links are provided for ease of reference only and do not hold qualification for support the respective web SITE or the admin or declaration or guarantee for the information inside. Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
