Research data was collected by using Demographic Information Form and The World Health Organization Quality of Life Instrument-Short Form in February and May 2020. In addition to descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, Student's t-test, Mann-Witney U test, one-way variance analysis, Yates' corrected chi-square test and Kruskal-Wallis H test were used in the analysis of the data. Results: The average age of the participants was 45.62±10.20, 51.7% were 45 years old and over, 87.2% were women, 56.7% were married, 93.9% had bachelor's degree, 70.5% were using homoeopathy in both acute and chronic conditions, and 74.4% stated that they did not use any medicine except homoeopathy. Participants' quality of life subscale mean scores; the physical domain was 16.17±2.24, the psychological domain was 15.34±2.16, the social domain was 14.62±2.59 and the environmental domain was 15.00±2.02. The mean scores of those with homeopathy satisfaction level above five were higher and the differences in psychological and social domain scores were significant (p<0.010). Those who do not use drugs except homoeopathy had higher physical and social domain scores (p<0.010).
