ÖZET
 Amaç: Hidradenitis süpürativa (HS), yaşam kalitesi üzerindeki olumsuz etkileri iyi bilinen, derinin kronik inflamatuar bir hastalığıdır. Fiziksel, psikolojik, sosyal ve cinsel işlevselliği aynı anda etkiler. Günümüzde hastaların yaşam kalitesini yükseltebilmek önemli bir tedavi hedefi olmuştur. HS için Türkçe dilinde geliştirilmiş veya başka bir dilden Türkçe'ye uyarlanmış, geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik çalışmaları tamamlanmış bir ölçek bulunmamaktadır. Çalışmamızda bu eksiği gidermeyi amaçladık. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Mart 2021-Mart 2022 tarihleri arasında Ankara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Deri ve Zührevi Hastalıkları Anabilim Dalı'nda takipli 18-65 yaş arası 176 gönüllü çalışmaya dâhil edildi. HS-Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği (YKÖ), çeviri kılavuzlarına uygun olarak Türkçe'ye çevrildi. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliliği doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ile değerlendirildi. Dış geçerliliğin araştırılması için Dermatoloji Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği (DYKÖ) kullanıldı. İç tutarlılık, Cronbach alfa katsayısı hesaplanarak değerlendirildi. Bulgular: HS-Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği'nin (YKÖ) Türkçe formu için Cronbach alfa katsayısı 0,959 olarak hesaplandı ve ölçeğin güvenilirliği oldukça yüksek bulundu. Geçerlilik analizlerinde tüm soru maddelerinin faktör yükü 0,40'ın üzerinde saptandı. ''Sosyal Destek'' alt ölçeği hariç diğer soru maddeleri ve alt ölçekler ile DYKÖ arasında aynı yönlü ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı korelasyon vardı. Sonuç: HS-YKÖ Türkçeye uyarlanmış, geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik çalışması yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin madde sayısı azaltılarak günlük pratikte HS hastalarının yaşam kalitesini ölçmek, tedavi yanıtını değerlendirmek ve hasta ihtiyaçlarına göre konsültasyonları belirlemek için kullanılabileceği düşünülmüştür.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease with well-known adverse effects on quality of life, affecting physical, psychological, social and sexual functioning simultaneously. Nowadays, improving the quality of life of patients has become an important treatment goal. There is no scale developed specifically for HS in Turkish or adapted from another language into Turkish with completed validity and reliability studies. The aim of this study was to fill this gap. Material and Methods: Between March 2021-March 2022, 176 volunteers aged 18-65 years who were followed up in Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, Dermatology Department were included in the study. The Hidradenitis Suppurativa Quality of Life Measure (HS-QoL) was translated into Turkish in accordance with International Translation Guidelines. The construct validity of the scale was evaluated by confirmatory factor analysis. The Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) was used to investigate external validity. Internal consistency was assessed by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Results: The Cronbach's Alpha coefficient for the Turkish version of the HS-QoL was 0.959, indicating high reliability. In the validity analyses, the factor loadings of all items were above 0.40. Except for the ''Social Support'' subscale, there was a statistically significant correlation between the DLQI and the other items and subscales in the same direction. Conclusion: The HS-QoL was adapted into Turkish, and its validity and reliability were conducted. With a reduced number of items, the scale could be used in daily practice to measure the quality of life of Turkish HS patients, assess treatment responses, and guide consultations according to patient needs.

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
