ÖZET
Amaç: Bu bibliyometrik analiz çalışmasında ''Clinical Practice, Anxiety, Nursing Education'' anahtar kelimeleriyle ilgili araştırma ortamlarına bütünsel bir bakış sunmak ve en etkili araştırma alanlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu makale bibliyometriks paketine ait Biblioshiny uygulaması, RStudio ve VOSviewer araçlarının kullanıldığı kapsamlı bir bibliyometrik analizi sunmaktadır. Analizlerde yayın ve atıf durumu, yazar analizi, ülke ve organizasyon durumu, dergi ve doküman türü, anahtar kelime analizi, tematik analiz ve faktör analizi yer almıştır. Bulgular: Scopus veri tabanında 2013-2023 arasında yayınlanan 442 ilgili makale incelendi. ''Wang Y'' en fazla yayını olan yazarken ''Levett-Jones T'' en çok atıf alan yazardır. ''Journal of Clinical Nursing'' en fazla yayına sahip olan dergi iken ''Nurse Education Today'' en fazla atıf alan dergidir. Chernomas ve Shapiro'nun yazdığı ''Stress, Depression, and Anxiety among Undergraduate Nursing Students'' makalesi en çok atıf alan çalışmadır. ABD yayınlarıyla öne çıkarken, uluslararası iş birliğinde Birleşik Krallık öncülük etmektedir. ''Monash Üniversitesi'' üretken çalışmalarıyla dikkat çeken kurum olmuştur. Ağ haritasında en sık kullanılan anahtar kelimeler ''anxiety, nursing, nursing students''dır. Sonuç: Bu çalışma, hemşirelik eğitiminin klinik uygulamalarında yaşanan anksiyeteye genel bir bakış sağlamakta ve bu konudaki küresel eğilimleri vurgulamaktadır. Hemşirelik eğitiminin klinik uygulamalarında öğrenciler tarafından yaşanan anksiyetenin anlaşılması, öğrenci hemşirelere, akademisyenlere ve klinisyen hemşirelere yardımcı olabilir. Bibliyometrik analiz sonucu elde edilen eğilimler hemşirelik alanındaki araştırmaların önemli yönlerini yansıtmakta ve gelecekteki çalışmalara yön vermektedir.

ABSTRACT
Objective: In this bibliometric analysis study, it is aimed to provide a holistic view of the research environments related to the keywords ''Clinical Practice, Anxiety, Nursing Education'' and to identify the most effective research areas. Materials and Methods: This article presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis using the biblioshiny application of the bibliometrics package, the RStudio and VOSviewer tools. The analysis included publication and citation status, author analysis, country and organization status, journal and document type, keyword analysis, thematic analysis and factor analysis. Results: 442 relevant articles published 2013-2023 in the Scopus database are analysed. ''Wang Y'' is the author with the most publications, while ''Levett-Jones T'' is the most cited author. ''Journal of Clinical Nursing'' has the most publications while ''Nurse Education Today'' is the most cited journal. Chernomas and Shapiro's article ''Stress, Depression, and Anxiety among Undergraduate Nursing Students'' is the most cited study. While the USA stands out with its publications, the UK leads the way in international collaboration. ''Monash University'' has been the institution attracting attention with its productive studies. The most frequently used keywords in the network map are ''anxiety, nursing, nursing students''. Conclusion: This study provides an overview of anxiety in the clinical practice of nursing education and highlights global trends in this area. Understanding the anxiety experienced by students in the clinical practice of nursing education can help student nurses, academicians and clinician nurses. The trends obtained from the bibliometric analysis reflect important aspects of research in the field of nursing and provide direction for future studies.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
