ÖZET
Amaç: Bu çalışma, hemşirelik öğrencilerinin yetkinlik seviyesini belirlemeye yönelik geliştirilen''The Competency Inventory of Nursing Students'' ölçüm aracının geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmasının yapılması amacıyla metodolojik olarak yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırmanın örneklemini bir hemşirelik fakültesinde 2017- 2018 eğitim-öğretim yılı bahar yarıyılında (14-31 Mayıs 2018) okuyan 335 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada orijinal adı ''The Competency Inventory of Nursing Students'' olan Hemşirelik Öğrencilerinin Yetkinlik Ölçeği'nin Türkçeye uyarlama, geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizleri yapılmıştır Türkçe uyarlaması, geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizleri yapılmıştır. Ölçek 43 madde ve altı boyuttan oluşmakta ve 7'li likert tipi cevap seçenekleri içermektedir. Ölçeğin dil geçerliği için uzmanlar tarafından yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin kapsam geçerliği için 5 uzmandan görüş alınmış, gerekli düzeltmeler yapılmış ve ölçeğin kapsam geçerliği sağlanmıştır. Yapı geçerliliğini sağlamak için Açıklayıcı ve Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizleri yapılmıştır. Bulgular: Ölçeğin orijinali gibi 6 alt faktörden oluştuğu ve toplam varyansın %73,48'ini açıkladığı belirlenmiştir. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizinde uyum indeksleri iyi uyum düzeyinde olduğu saptanmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirlik analizinin sağlanabilmesi için Cronbach alfa katsayısı hesaplanmış, alt boyutların güvenirlik değerleri 0,799-0,974, ölçek toplam güvenirlik değeri 0,978 bulunmuş ve ölçeğin yüksek güvenirliğe sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. İki yarıya bölme yöntemi sonrasında Spearman Brown katsayısı 0,907 ve 2 bölüm arasında 0,829'luk korelasyon olduğu belirlenmiştir. Sonuç: Hemşirelik Öğrencileri Yetkinlik Ölçeği'nin geçerli ve güvenilir bir araç olduğu belirlenmiştir. Hemşirelik öğrencilerinin mesleki yetkinliğinin değerlendirilmesinde kullanılabilecek geçerli ve güvenilir bir araç Türk toplumuna kazandırılmıştır.

ABSTRACT
Objective: This methodological study aimed to test The Competency Inventory of Nursing Students (CINS) scale's Turkish validity and reliability for assessment of nursing students competency level. Material and Methods: This study consisted of 335 nursing students enrolled at a university faculty of nursing in the spring term of 2017-2018 educational year (May 14-31, 2018). In this study, Turkish adaptation, validity and reliability analyses of CINS carried out. The scale consists of 43 items and six dimension and includes seven7-point Likert-type answer options. Scale' made by expert for language validity. For the content validity, 5 experts were consulted and the required corrections were made and the content validity of the scale was ensured. Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analyzes were performed to ensure construct validity. Results: As a result the scale consisted of 6 sub factors like the original scale and those factors explained 73.48% of the total variance. Compliance indices in confirmatory factor analysis indicated good compliance level. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated to provide reliability analysis of the scale, sub-dimensions' values were found between 0.799 and 0.974 and the total value was 0.978, which indicated high reliability. Conclusion: As a result, it was determined that Nursing Students Competence Scale was a valid and reliable tool. The valid and reliable tool can be used to evaluate the professional competence of nursing students in Turkish population.

Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
