ÖZET
 Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı, Hemşirelik Öğrencilerinin Hastalar Tarafından Değerlendirilme Ölçeği'nin [The Evaluation of Nursing Students by Patients Instrument (ENSPA)] Türkçe geçerlilik ve güvenirliğini yapmaktır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırmanın evrenini Karadeniz Bölgesi'nde bulunan bir universite hastanesinde yatan tum hastalar oluştururken örneklemi 321 hasta oluşturmuştur. Veriler 'kişisel bilgi formu' ve 'ENSPA' ile toplanmıştır. Ölçekte sırasıyla dil ve kapsam geçerliği, yapı geçerliği, güvenirlik analizleri yapılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan hastaların yaş ortalaması 50,24±19,97 olup, %54,4'ü kadın, %34,2'si ilkokul mezunudur. 'ENSPA' ölçeğinin dil geçerliliği için çeviri-geri çeviri tekniği kullanılmıştır. Ölçek maddelerine ait kapsam geçerlik oranlarının 0,80-1,00 arasında değiştiği, kapsam geçerlik indeksinin ise 0,96 olduğu belirlenmiştir. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizinde, x2 /serbestlik derecesi=3,43, yaklaşık hataların ortalama karekökü=0,08, Uyum İyiliği İndeksi=0,90, Karşılaştırmalı Uyum İndeksi=0,93 ve Normlaştırılmış Uyum İndeksi=0,89 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Cronbach Alpha katsayısı 'güven' alt boyutu için 0,91, 'birey-odaklılık' alt boyutu için 0,87, 'ilgili olma' alt boyutu için 0,88, 'dürüstlük/doğruluk' alt boyutu için 0,75, toplam ölçek için 0,95 olarak bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Araştırmada, hastalar tarafından öğrenci hemşirelerin klinik uygulamalarını değerlendirmeye yarayan 19 maddelik 'ENSPA'nın geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek olduğu, öğrenci hemşirelerin klinik uygulama performans ve becerilerini doğru ve tutarlı bir şekilde ölçülebildiği belirlenmiştir. Hastaları, hemşirelik öğrencilerinin klinik uygulama değerlendirmesine dâhil etmek, bireysel, bütüncül ve hümanistik bakım ve hemşirelik eğitimi açısından önemli bir adım olacağı düşünülmektedir.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: This study aimed to determine Turkish validity and reliability of the The Evaluation of Nursing Students by Patients Instrument (ENSPA). Material and Methods: The population of the study was consisted of all the patients hospitalized at a university hospital located in Black Sea Region whie the sample was consisted of 321 patients. The data were collected with the 'personal information form' and the 'ENSPA.' Language and content validity, construct validity, and reliability analyzes were performed on the scale, respectively. Results: The mean age of the patients participating in the study was 50.24±19.97 years, 54.4% were female, and 34.2% were primary school graduates. For language validity of the 'ENSPA' scale, back translation technique was used. It was found that content validity ratios of the scale items ranged between 0.80 and 1.00 and its content validity index was 0.96. In confirmatory factor analysis, it was found that x2 /degrees of freedom=3.43, root mean square error of approximation=0.08, Goodness-of-Fit Index=0.90, Comperative Fit Index=0.93 and Normed Fit Index=0.89, was calculated. Cronbach Alpha coefficients were found to be 0.91 for 'trust' subscale, 0.87 for 'person-oriented ' subscale, 0.88 for 'caring' subscale, 0.75 'honesty' subscale and 0.95 for total scale. Conclusion: In the study, it was determined that the 19-item 'ENSPA,' which is used by patients to evaluate the clinical practices of student nurses, is a valid and reliable scale and that the clinical practice performance and skills of student nurses can be measured accurately and consistently. It is thought that including patients in the clinical practice evaluation of nursing students will be an important step in terms of individual, holistic and humanistic care and nursing education.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
