ÖZET
Amaç: Hemşirelerin iş doyumu ve mizah tarzlarını etkileyen faktörlerin ve mizah tarzları ile iş doyumları arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel tipte olan bu çalışma, bir vakıf üniversitesi hastanesi ve üniversiteye bağlı farklı illerdeki araştırma ve uygulama merkezlerinde çalışan 681 hemşire ile yürütüldü. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak; kişisel bilgi formu, Hemşire İş Doyum Ölçeği ve Mizah Tarzları Ölçeği kullanıldı. Veriler, SPSS 20,0 istatistik paket programı ile yüzde, frekans dağılım, t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi ve korelasyon analizi kullanılarak değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Hemşirelerin iş doyum ölçeği puan ortalaması 3,58±0,73 olarak saptanmıştır. Yaş, cinsiyet, meslekte ve kurumda çalışma süresi, iş pozisyonu, vardiya şekli, bilimsel faaliyetlere katılma ve mesleki yayınları takip etme gibi faktörlerin hemşirelerin iş doyumunu etkilediği; 30 yaş ve altı olan erkek hemşirelerin, çalışma süresi 1-9 yıl olanların, serviste çalışanların, nöbetli ve hafta sonu çalışan hemşirelerin iş doyumlarının düşük, bilimsel faaliyetlere katıldığını ve mesleki yayınları takip ettiğini bildiren hemşirelerin iş doyumlarının yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Hemşirelerin mizah tarzları incelendiğinde; olumlu mizah tarzı puan ortalamalarının daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Hemşirelerin olumlu mizah tarzı kullanımı ile iş doyumları arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Çalışmada, hemşirelerin iş doyum düzeylerinin ortalamanın üzerinde olduğu, olumlu mizah tarzı ortalamalarının yüksek olduğu; olumlu mizah tarzı kullanan hemşirelerin iş doyumlarında artış olduğu belirlenmiştir. Hemşirelerin iş doyumlarını ve mizah tarzlarını etkileyen faktörlerin dikkate alınarak; mesleki gelişim ve bilimsel faaliyetlere katılım fırsatlarının sağlanması, çalışma koşullarına yönelik düzenlemelerin yapılması ve hemşirelerde mizah duygusunun gelişimine katkı sağlayacak destekleyici eğitimlerin planlanması önerilebilmektedir.

ABSTRACT
Objective: This study was conducted to determine the factors that affect the job satisfaction and humor styles of nurses and relationship between them. Material and Methods: This descriptive and cross-sectional study was carried out with 681 nurses working in a foundation university hospital and five different provinces of the university. In the study; personal information form, Nurse Job Satisfaction Scale and Humor Styles Scale were used. Data were entered into SPSS 20.0 statistical package program and percentage and frequency distributions, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and correlation analysis were used. Results: The mean score of Nurse Job Satisfaction Scale was 3.58±0.73. Factors such as age, gender, working time in the profession and institution, work position, shift type, participation in scientific activities and following up professional publications affect the job satisfaction of nurses; it was determined that the nurses who are 30 years and younger, male nurses, who have working period of 1-9 years, who work in the service, nurses who have seizures and working at the weekend have low job satisfaction, participate in scientific activities and follow professional publications have high job satisfaction. When the nurses? humors is examined; the mean scores of nurses used the positive humor styles was found to be higher. It was determined that there was a positive correlation between the use of positive humor style and job satisfaction of nurses. Conclusion: In the study, total job satisfaction levels of nurses were found to be above average. It was determined that the job satisfaction of the nurses using positive humor style was high. Considering the factors affecting the job satisfaction and humor styles of nurses; it may be advisable to provide opportunities for participation in professional development and scientific activities, to make arrangements for working conditions and to plan supportive trainings that will contribute to the development of humor in nurses.

Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
