ÖZET
 Bu çalışma Hemşirelerin Mesleki Özerkliğe Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği'nin Türkçeye uyarlanması amacıyla metodolojik olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma, bir eğitim ve araştırma hastanesinde 151 hemşire ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri toplama formunun birinci bölümünde hemşirelerin sosyodemografik özellikleri, ikinci bölümünde ise Hemşirelerin Mesleki Özerkliğe Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği yer almaktadır. Öncelikle, ölçeğin dil geçerliliği, daha sonra geçerlilik ve güvenirlilik analizleri yapılmıştır. Geçerlilik çalışması için kapsam geçerliliği, açıklayıcı faktör analizi ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Güvenirlilik değerlendirmesi için iç tutarlılık analizi ve testtekrar test yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Hemşirelerin %90,7'sinin kadın ve %26,5'inin 6-10 yıl çalışma süresine sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Hemşirelerin %66,9'unun klinik hemşiresi olduğu ve yaş ortalamalarının 4,44±4,62 yıl olduğu belirlenmiştir. Hemşirelerin Mesleki Özerkliğe Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği'nin kapsam geçerliliği analizinde, maddelerin anlaşılabilirlik düzeyleri 0,80-1,0 arasında bulunmuştur. Açıklayıcı faktör analizi çalışmasında, maddelerin alt boyutlara göre dağılımlarının orijinal ölçek ile aynı olduğu belirlenmiş, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi çalışmasında ki-kare/df=2,44, RMSEA=0,098, CFI=0,89 ve NNFI=0,87 olarak bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin iç tutarlılık güvenirliliğini değerlendirmek için Cronbach alfa güvenirlilik katsayısı değeri hesaplanmış ve iç tutarlılık katsayısı toplam için α=0,847 olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada, Hemşirelerin Mesleki Özerkliğe Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği'nin, üç alt boyut ve 18 maddelik Türkçe formunun geçerlilik ve güvenirlilik ölçütlerini iyi düzeyde karşıladığı belirlenmiştir. Bu ölçeğin farklı kurumlarda ve farklı çalışmalarda kullanılması önerilmektedir.

ABSTRACT
 This study was carried out methodologically for the Turkish adaptation of Attitude Toward Professional Autonomy Scale. The research was conducted with 151 nurses in a training and research hospital. In the first part of the data collection form, the socio-demographic characteristics of the nurses and in the second part, the Attitude Toward Professional Autonomy Scale of the Nurses is included. Firstly, the validity and reliability analyzes of the scale were performed. For the validity study, content validity, explanatory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis methods were used. For the reliability assessment, internal consistency analysis and test-retest method were used. It was determined that 90.7% of the nurses had women and 26.5% had 6-10 years of working time. It was determined that 66.9% of the nurses were clinical nurses and the mean age was 4.44±4.62. In the scope validity analysis of the Attitude Toward Professional Autonomy Scale for Nurses, the intelligibility levels of the items were found between 0.80 and 1.0. In the explanatory factor analysis study, the distribution of the items according to the sub-dimensions was found to be the same as the original scale, and Chi- Square/df=2.44, RMSEA=0.098, CFI=0.89 and NNFI=0.87 in the confirmatory factor analysis study. In order to evaluate the internal consistency reliability of the scale, the cronbach alpha reliability coefficient value was calculated and the internal consistency coefficient was α=0.847 for the total. In this study, it was determined that the Attitude Toward Professional Autonomy Scale for Nurses, three sub-dimensions and the 18-item Turkish form met the validity and reliability criteria. It is recommended to use this scale in different institutions and different studies.

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". 8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
