Bu çalışma, hemşirelerin etik duyarlılığını ve etik duyarlılığı etkileyen faktörleri belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma, tanımlayıcı olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın evreni, Artvin devlet hastanesinde çalışan hemşirelerin tümüdür. Veri toplama aracı olarak, kişisel bilgi formu ve ''Ahlaki Duyarlılık Anketi'' kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya başlamadan önce etik kurul izni ve kurum izni alınmıştır. Araştırma, 124 hemşire ile Mayıs ve Temmuz 2019 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde, ölçeğin normallik dağılımına bakılmış (Kolmogorov-Smirnov) ve nonparametrik testler uygulanmıştır. Tanımlayıcı istatistiksel metotların (frekans, yüzde, ortalama)yanı sıra Mann-Whitney U ve Kruskal-Wallis H testi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde anlamlılık değeri olarak p<0,05 alınmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan hemşirelerin %75,8'inin 20-37 yaş arasında, %61,3'ünün evli, %63,7'sinin lisans ve yüksek lisans düzeyinde eğitime sahip olduğu bulunmuştur. Hemşirelerin %90,2'sinin bulunduğu klinikte 1-14 yıl arasında çalıştığı ve %91,9'unun klinik hemşire olarak görev yaptığı bulunmuştur. Çalışmaya katılan hemşirelerin %76,6'sı etik ile ilgili eğitim almıştır. Çalışmaya katılan hemşirelerin ''Ahlaki Duyarlılık Anketi'' puan ortalaması 100,00±44,93 bulunmuştur. Etik duyarlılık ile hemşirelerin yaşı, cinsiyeti, eğitim düzeyi, çalışılan klinik, mesleki derneğe üye olma ve etik ile ilgili eğitim alma bağımsız değişkenleri arasında anlamlı bir fark olduğu (p<0,05) tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerin etik duyarlılığı orta düzeydedir. Yaş, cinsiyet, çalışma yılı, eğitim düzeyi, çalışma yeri gibi değişkenlerin etik duyarlılığı etkilediği söylenebilir.

This study was conducted to determine the ethical sensitivity of nurses and the variables that affect the ethical sensitivity of nurses. The study was conducted as descriptive. The population of the study is all nurses working in Artvin public hospital. As a data collection tool, a personel information form and ''Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire'' were used. Ethics committee permission and institutional permission were obtained before the study. The research was conducted with 124 nurses between May-July, 2019. In data evaluation, the normality distribution of the scale was analyzed and nonparametric tests were used. Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis H test was used as well as descriptive statistical methods (frequency, percentage, mean). Significance value was determined as p<0.05. It was found that 75.8% of the nurses participated in the study were between 20-37 years old, 61.3% were married and 63.7% had undergraduate and graduate education. It was found that 90.2% of the nurses worked in the clinic for 1-14 years and 91.9% of them worked as clinical nurses. 76.6% of the nurses participated in the research received training on ethics. Nurses participated in the research was found ''Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire'' score of as 100.00±44.93. There was a significant difference (p<0.05) between the ethical sensitivity and the independent variables of the nurses' age, gender, educational level, membership of the clinical and Professional association studied and ethics-related education. As a conclusion, the nurses' the ethical sensitivity is moderate of participating in the study. It can be said that variables such as age, gender, working year, education level, working place affect ethical sensitivity.
