ÖZET
 Amaç: Bu çalışmada, yaşlı bireylerin beslenme bakımını değerlendirmede hemşirelerin öz-yeterliklerini ölçen bir ölçme aracının Türkçeye adaptasyonu ve geçerlik güvenirliğinin incelenmesi amaçlandı. Ölçeğin bu alandaki gereksinimi karşılayacağı düşünülmektedir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırma metodolojik desende uygulandı. Veriler İstanbul'da bir kamu üniversite hastanesinde Mayıs-Haziran 2021 tarihleri arasında toplandı. Örneklemi dâhil edilme kriterlerini karşılayan 254 hemşire oluşturdu. Ölçek 3 alt boyut ve 27 maddeden oluşmaktaydı. Ölçek 11 uzman görüşüne sunuldu ve uzman görüşleri Davis tekniği analizi ile analiz edildi. Ölçeğin geçerliliği açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri ile test edildi. Ölçeğin iç tutarlılık güvenirliği için Cronbach alfa değeri; iki yarı güvenirliğini belirlemek amacıyla Spearman Brown ve Guttman katsayıları ile değerlendirildi. Ayrıca testtekrar test yöntemi uygulandı. Bulgular: Açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda, ölçeğin 3 faktörlü bir yapıya sahip olduğu ve toplam varyansın %68,66'sını açıkladığı görüldü. Madde faktör yükleri 0,61- 0,81 arasında değişmekteydi. Madde-toplam korelasyonları ise 0,58- 0,84 arasındaydı. Ölçeğin Cronbach alfa katsayısının 0,94 olduğu görüldü. Test-tekrar test yönteminde iki uygulamadan elde edilen toplam puan ortalamaları arasında yüksek düzeyde, pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki saptandı (r=0,69; p=0,000). Sonuç: Hemşireler için Yaşlı Bireylerde Beslenme Bakımını Değerlendirme Öz-Yeterlik Ölçeği'nin Türkçe versiyonu geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracıdır. Ayrıca ölçek, hemşirelerin bu konudaki öz-yeterliklerini artıracak stratejilerin belirlenmesinde, eğitimci ve yönetici hemşirelere yol gösterici olacaktır.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: This study aimed to adapt to Turkish and examine the validity and reliability of a measurement tool that measures nurses' self-efficacy in evaluating the nutritional care of elderly individuals. It is thought that the scale will meet the need in this field. Material and Methods: The study was applied in a methodological design. Data were collected in a public university hospital in İstanbul between May and June 2021. The sample consisted of 254 nurses. The scale consisted of three subscale and 27 items. The scale was submitted to 11 expert opinions and expert opinions were analyzed by Davis technique analysis. The validity of the scale was tested with exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. Cronbach's alpha value was used for the internal consistency reliability of the scale, and Spearman Brown and Guttman coefficients were used to determine the two-half reliability. Test-retest method was also applied. Results: Exploratory factor analysis revealed that the scale had a three-factor structure and explained 68.66% of the total variance. Item factor loadings were between 0.61 and 0.81; item-total correlations were between 0.58 and 0.84. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the scale was 0.94. In the test-retest method, a highly significant positive correlation was found between the mean total scores obtained from the two applications (r=0.69; p=0.000). Conclusion: The Turkish version of the Self-Efficacy Scale for Nurses to Assess Nutritional Care in Elderly Individuals is a valid and reliable measurement tool. In addition, the scale will guide educators and nurse managers in determining strategies to increase nurses' self-efficacy in this subject.

Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
