ÖZET
 Amaç: Bu çalışmadaki amaç, evde sağlık hizmeti alan hastaların acil başvurularının nedenleri ve sonuçlarına dikkat çekmektir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Evde sağlık hizmetlerine kayıtlı hastalar arasından, 2023 yılı içinde acil servise başvuran hastaların; demografik verileri, sağlık bakımı alma sebebi not edildi. Ayrıca acile başvuru yöntemi (ambulansla, ayaktan), başvuru zamanı, tanısı, tekrar başvurusunun olup olmadığı ve prognozu analiz edildi. Bulgular: Çalışmada, 765 hasta dosyası incelendi. 371 (%48,5) hasta yatağa bağımlıydı. Hastaların %55,9'unun ambulans ile acile başvurduğu, kış döneminde (%35,6) diğer dönemlere göre daha fazla başvuru yaptıkları tespit edildi. Yatağa bağımlı hastalarda nazogastrik/perkütan endoskopik gastrostomi ve mesane sonda kullanım oranı yüksek tespit edildi. En fazla yumuşak doku bozukluğu (%19) ve gastrointestinal sistem hastalığı (%14,2) tanısı konulmuştu. Acilden %72 oranında, yattığı yerde de %85,3 oranında taburcu olan hasta grubu mevcuttu. Yatağa bağımlı olan ve olmayan grup arasında acile ambulansla gelme açısından anlamlı (p>0,05) farklılık yoktu. Sonuç: Evde sağlık hizmeti alan hastaların acil başvurusu ve ambulans kullanımı acil olmayan nedenlerden dolayı olmaktadır. Bu durum hastaların transfer zorluğu yaşadığını göstermektedir. Ayrıca yatağa bağımlı hastaların başkasına bağımlılığının arttığından bahsedilebilir. Buna göre hasta yakınlarının bakım konusunda bilinçlendirilmesi ve evde sağlık hizmeti veren sağlık personeli sayısının, imkânlarının artırılması gerekmektedir.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: This study aims to draw attention to the reasons and consequences of emergency admissions by patients receiving home health care. Material and Methods: Among the patients registered with home health care, demographic data and the reason for receiving health care were noted for patients who were admitted to the emergency department in 2023. In addition, the method of admitting to the emergency department (by ambulance or outpatient), admission time, diagnosis, whether there was a repeat admission, and prognosis were analysed. Results: 765 patient files were examined in the study. 371 (48.5%) patients were bedridden. It was determined that 55.9% of the patients were admitted to the emergency department by ambulance, and they were admitted more in the winter period (35.6%) compared to other periods. The rate of nasogastric/percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy and bladder catheter use was high in bedridden patients. The most common diagnoses were soft tissue disorders (19%) and gastrointestinal system diseases (14.2%). There was a patient group that was discharged from the emergency department at a rate of 72% and 85.3% at the hospital. There was no significant difference (p>0.05) between the bedridden and non-bedridden groups in terms of coming to the emergency department by ambulance. Conclusion: Emergency admissions and ambulance use by patients receiving home health care services are for non-urgent reasons. This situation shows that patients have difficulty transferring and that bedridden patients' dependence on others increases. Accordingly, it is necessary to raise patient relatives' awareness about care and increase the number of healthcare personel who provide home healthcare services.

- Providing scientific articles, books and informative publications for health industry.

- Providing structural, statistical and editorial support to article preparation stage for scientific journals.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Every USER agrees, declares and undertakes that they will not proceed by any function or action infringement of rights of "Turkiye Klinikleri"s and/or other third parties', they are the exclusive right holder on usage, processing, storage, made public and revealing any written, visual or auditory information reported to Turkiye Klinikleri" and/or "SITE" to the third parties. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
