ÖZET
Bu araştırma, sağlık programlarında ön lisans düzeyinde öğrenim gören öğrencilere verilen Meslek Etiği dersi kapsamında kullanılan film izletme yönteminin, etik sorunların tespiti üzerine etkisini belirleyebilmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Alan yazında etik eğitiminde kullanılan film izletme yönteminin etik değerlendirme basamaklarından biri olan etik sorunların saptanabilmesi üzerine etkisini konu alan çalışmaların sınırlı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma retrospektif olarak tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmaya Başkent Üniversitesi Sağlık Hizmetleri Meslek Yüksekokulu'nun çeşitli programlarında, 2020-2021 öğretim yılı güz döneminde uzaktan öğrenim gören, Meslek Etiği dersini alan, 250 öğrencinin yazılı metinleri dâhil edilmiştir. Öğrencilerden My Sister's Keeper filmini izleyerek yazılı olarak film hakkında etik açıdan bir değerlendirme yapmaları ve sorun alanlarını belirlemeleri istenmiştir. Verilerin analizi ve raporlaması çalışmanın yazarı tarafından gerçekleştirilmiştir. Filmde yer alan etik sorunların çoğu öğrenciler tarafından ifade edilmiştir. Öğrencilerin belirlediği etik sorun alanları; temel etik ilkelerin (yarar sağlama, zarar vermeme, özerkliğe saygı, adalet, dürüstlük, yaşama saygı) ihlali, ötanazi, hasta hakları, genetik, yardımcı üreme teknikleri, kurtarıcı kardeş, organ bağışı, kanser hastalığı ile mücadele, ödev etiği, özen etiği, erdem etiği ve sonuçsalcılık konularıdır. Bu araştırmadan elde edilen veriler, etik eğitiminde kullanılan film izletme yönteminin, öğrencilerin etik sorun alanlarını tespit edebilmelerine katkı sunduğunu göstermektedir. Bunun yanı sıra bu araştırma, güncel yaklaşımlar çerçevesinde öğrenci tutumlarının belirlenebilmesi açısından farklı niteliksel ve niceliksel araştırmalara gereksinim olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of the film showing method used in the Professional Ethics course given to associate degree students in health programs on the detection of ethical issues. It has been determined that there are limited studies in the literature on the effect of the film showing method used in ethics education on the detection of ethical problems, which is one of the ethical evaluation steps. The research was designed retrospectively. Written texts of 250 students who took the Professional Ethics course remotely in the fall semester of the 2020-2021 academic year in various programs of Başkent University Health Services Vocational School were included in the research. The students were asked to watch the movie My Sister's Keeper and make an ethical evaluation about the movie in writing and to identify their problem areas. Data analysis and reporting was carried out by the author of the study. Most of the ethical issues in the film were expressed by the students. The ethical problem areas identified by the students are as follows. Violation of basic ethical principles, (beneficence, non maleficence, respect for autonomy, justice, honesty, respect for life) euthanasia, patient's rights, genetics, assisted reproductive techniques, savior sibling, organ donation, the fight against cancer, duty ethics, care ethics, virtue ethics and consequentialism. The data obtained from this research show that film showing method used in ethics education contributes to the students' identification of ethical problem areas. In addition, this research reveals that there is a need for different qualitative and quantitative studies in order to determine student attitudes within the framework of current approaches.

1. TERMS OF USE

1.1. 4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
