ÖZET
 Profesyonel meslek üyesi olarak ebeler; sağlık bakım teknolojisindeki hızlı değişim nedeni ile hizmet sunumunda etik sorunlar ve ikilemler yaşamaktadırlar. Karşılaşılan sorunların çözümünde, etik ilkeler doğrultusunda hareket edilmelidir. Bu kapsamda, birey için uygun olan etik kararın verilmesinde ebelerin etik duyarlılıkları belirleyici bir unsurdur. Bu noktadan hareketle araştırma, ebelerin yaşadıkları etik ikilem karşısında gösterdikleri etik duyarlılığı ve etkileyen faktörleri belirlemek amacıyla planlandı. Etik kurul kararı alınan araştırma, tanımlayıcı olarak planlandı. Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu, bir kamu hastanesinde çalışan ve katılmayı gönüllü olarak kabul eden 141 ebe oluşturdu. Veriler, Ocak 2018-Şubat 2018 tarihleri arasında, bireysel bilgi formu ve Ahlaki Duyarlılık Anketi kullanılarak toplandı. Örneklem grubunu oluşturan ebelerin yaş ve çalışma yılı ortalaması sırasıyla 39,36±10,5 ve 19,96±12,02'dir. Ahlaki Duyarlılık Anketi'nin toplam puan ortalaması 98,94±10,94'tür. Otuz yaş ve altı grupta, evli ve boşanmış olanlara göre bekârlar, mesleğini severek yapanlar, 10 yıl ve altında çalışma süresi olanlar, etik yayın izleyenler ve etik ikilem yaşayanlar Ahlaki Duyarlılık Anket toplam ve alt boyut puanlamasında daha yüksek etik duyarlılığa sahipken, etik ikilem yaşama durumunda herhangi bir şey yapmayanların düşük etik duyarlılığa sahip oldukları belirlendi (p<0.05). Ebelerin etik duyarlılıkları demografik özelliklerinden ve mesleğe ait özelliklerden etkilenmekte olup, istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı farklılıklar göstermektedir.

ABSTRACT
 Midwives as a member of profession, are experiencing ethical problems and dilemmas in care delivering due to rapid change in healthcare technology. They must act in line with ethical principles in solving problems encountered. In this context, ethical sensitivity of midwives is a predictive factor in giving appropriate ethical decision for individual. From this point forth, research was planned in order to determine the ethical sensitivity and affecting factors against ethical dilemma experienced by midwives. Study that was approved by ethical committe was planned as descriptively. 141 midwives, working in public hospital and accepting to participate voluntarily, consisted of sample group of study. Data was collected between Januray and February 2018 by using an information form and the Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire. The average scores of midwives' age and working year who sample grup are 39.36±10.5 and 19.96±12.02 respectively. Total mean score of Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire is 98.94±10.94. It is determined that the participant who are 30 and under age groups, singles more than married and divorced, do her jobs, have a working period of 10 years or less, follow the ethical puplication and experience ethical dilemma have higher ethical sensitivity in total mean score of Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire or sub-dimension averages, also it is determined who do nothing in case of ethical dilemma have lower ethical sensitivity (p<0.05). Ethical sensitivities of midwives are affected by demographic and occupational characteristics and there are statistically significant differences.

1. TERMS OF USE

1.1. - Providing structural, statistical and editorial support to article preparation stage for scientific journals.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Every USER agrees, declares and undertakes that they will not proceed by any function or action infringement of rights of "Turkiye Klinikleri"s and/or other third parties', they are the exclusive right holder on usage, processing, storage, made public and revealing any written, visual or auditory information reported to Turkiye Klinikleri" and/or "SITE" to the third parties. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
