ÖZET
Amaç: Bu çalışma, dahili ve cerrahi kliniklerde çalışan hemşirelerin aydınlatılmış onama yönelik görüş ve uygulamalarını belirlemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Çalışma, Nisan 2018 tarihinde bir üniversite hastanesinin erişkin dahili ve cerrahi kliniklerinde çalışan 88 hemşireyle yürütülmüştür. Verilerin toplanmasında araştırmacılar tarafından literatürden yararlanılarak hazırlanan 41 soruluk veri toplama formu kullanılmış, veriler SPSS 12.0 programı kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Çalışmaya katılan hemşirelerin %89,8'i kadın ve lisans mezunudur. Hemşirelerin çalışma süresi ortalama 12,4 (±6,7) yıldır. Hemşirelerin %52,3'ü, aydınlatılmış onamı doktorun alması gerektiği, %36,4'sinin sağlık personelinin yasal anlamda korunması için alınması gerektiği, %54,5'i onam alma sürecinde hemşirenin kısmen sorumluluğu olduğu görüşündeler. Hemşirelerin %89,8'inin hemşirelik girişimleri için hastalarını bilgilendirdikleri, %60,0'ının sözel onam aldıkları belirlenmiştir. Hemşirelerin, hemşirelik girişimleri ile ilgili hastalarından onam alma süreçlerinde güçlük yaşadıkları (%67,0), onam alma süreçlerinde yaşanan güçlüklerin; iş yükünün fazla olmasından, hastanın algılamasına ilişkin faktörlerden ve bu konuyla ilgili prosedürün eksikliğinden kaynaklandığı belirlenmiştir. Sonuç: Hemşireler, aydınlatılmış onam sürecinde kısmen sorumluluklarının olduğu görüşündeler. Hemşirelerin, aydınlatılmış onamda rolleri çerçevesinde eksik ve/veya yanlış uygulamalar yaptıkları; hemşirelik girişimleri öncesi hastalarını bilgilendirdikleri ve sözel onam aldıkları belirlenmiş; eğitimlerin artırılması, politika ve prosedürlerin oluşturul- masının problemlerin çözümlenmesine katkısı olacağı düşünülmüştür.

ABSTRACT
Objective: This descriptive study was conducted to determine the opinions and practices of nurses working in medical and surgical clinics regarding informed consent. Material and Methods: The study was conducted with 88 nurses working in adult medical and surgical clinics in a university hospital in April 2018. Data collection form with 41 questions which was prepared by using the literature was used by the researchers in collecting the data and the data were evaluated by using SPSS 12.0 program. Results: 89.8% of the nurses attending the study were women and bachelors. The average working period of nurses is 12,4 (±6.7) years. 52,3% of the nurses stated that the doctor should take informed consent from patients, 36,4% said that informed consent should be taken for legal protection of health care professionals, 54,5% of them say that the nurse has partial responsibility in the process of obtaining the consent. It was determined that 89,8% of the nurses informed their patients for nursing interventions and 60,0% of them received verbal consent. Nurses experienced difficulties in obtaining informed consent from their patients about nursing interventions (67,0%); this difficulties are determined that there was a high workload, factors related to the patient's perception and a lack of procedure in this regard. Conclusion: The nurses say they have partial responcibilities in the informed consent process. It has been determined that nurses have incomplete and/or wrong practices within the framework of their roles in informed consent, were informed their patients prior to nursing interventions, and received verbal consent, increasing the training, policy and procedures will contribute to the resolution of the problems.

"Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
