ÖZET
 Amaç: İnsülin Enjeksiyonu Karar Dengesi Ölçeğinin (İEKDÖ) Türk Diline Uyarlanması ve Psikometrik Özelliklerinin İncelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Çalışma tip 2 diyabetli ve insülin enjeksiyonu kullanan 130 katılımcı ile gerçekleştirildi. Katılımcılara, Tanıtıcı özellikler formu, İEKDÖ ve WHOQOL-8 ölçekleri uygulandı. Verilerin istatistiksel analizinde Sosyal Bilimler için İstatistik Programı ve Yapısal Eşitlik Modelleme Programı kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Açıklayıcı faktör analizinde (AFA) ölçek maddeleri iki faktör altında toplanmıştır. Bu faktörler; ilk sekiz madde Olumsuz Tutumlar- Negatif Yaklaşım alt boyutudur ve maddelerin faktör yükleri 0,843-0,452 arasında değişmektedir. İkinci Faktör son beş madde Olumlu Tutumlar ' Profesyonel Yaklaşım alt boyutudur ve maddelerin faktör yükleri 0,823-0,666 arasında değişmektedir. Ölçeğin AFA'de her boyut için açıklanan varyansının %49,937-60,072 arasında olduğu saptanmıştır. Özgün çalışma ile benzer sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, İEKDÖ nin cronbah alfa değerleri Olumsuz Tutumlar' Negatif Yaklaşım alt boyutu için 0,828, Olumlu Tutumlar' Profesyonel Yaklaşım alt boyutu için 0,833 ve İEKDÖ Toplam Puanı için 0,802 olarak belirlenmiştir. Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizinde incelenen RMSEA, CFI, NFI, NNFI ve SRMR değerlerinin de mükemmel ve iyi düzeyde uyum gösterdikleri belirlenmiştir. DFA sonucunda incelenen uyum indeksleri ve İEKDÖ'nin 13 maddelik Türkçe formunun doğrulanan iki faktörlü modeline göre, tanımlanan modelin İEKDÖ'nin özgün modeli ile iyi uyum gösterdiği ve özgün ölçeğin faktör yapısının uyarlanan ölçeğin faktör yapısıyla uyum gösterdiği görülmüştür. Sonuç: İnsülin Enjeksiyonu Karar Dengesi Ölçeğinin Türk diline uyarlanmasında bu örneklem grubu için geçerli ve güvenilirdir.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: It was aimed to adapt the scale of decisional balance for insulin injection (SDBI) to the Turkish language and to examine its psychometric properties. Material and Methods: The study was conducted with 130 participants with type 2 diabetes who use insulin injections. The introductory features form, SDBI, and WHOQOL-8 scales were applied to the participants. Statistics Program for Social Sciences and Structural Equation Modeling statistical software were used for statistical analysis of the data. Results: In explanatory factor analysis (EFA) of scale items were collected under two factors. These factors are as follows. The negative attitudes-negative approach sub-dimension consists of the first eight items, and the factor loads of the items vary between 0.843-0.452. The second factor is the positive attitudes' professional approach sub-dimension comprising of the last five items, and the factor loads of the items range from 0.823 to 0.666. The variance of the scale described in EFA for each dimension was found to be between 49,937-60,072%. Similar results to the original study were obtained. In this study, the Cronbach alpha values of SDBI were determined as 0.828 for negative attitudes' negative approach sub-dimension, 0.833 for positive attitudes' professional approach sub-dimension and 0.802 for SDBI total score. It was determined that the RMSEA, CFI, NFI, NNFI and SRMR values examined in the confirmatory factor analysis also showed excellent and good fit. According to the fit index examined as a result of DFA and the confirmed two-factor model of the 13-item Turkish form of SDBI, the identified model showed well fit with the original SDBI model, and the factor structure of the original scale had a well fit with the factor structure of the adapted scale. Conclusion: The adaptation of the scale of decisional balance for insulin injection to the Turkish language is valid and reliable for this sample group.

"Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
