Amaç: Bu araştırmada, sağlık kurumlarında gerçekleştirilen Takdir Edici Sorgulama (TES) uygulamalarının etkinliğinin hasta, çalışan ve sağlık kurumu perspektifinden değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırmada; verileri toplaması, analiz etmesi, yorumlaması ve bulguların sunulmasında sistematik derleme yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. İnceleme sonucunda 533 yayına ulaşılmış olup, dâhil edilme kriterlerine uygun olan 26 yayın araştırma kapsamında değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Araştırma sonucunda TES uygulamaları hasta perspektifinden incelendiğinde, hasta odaklı yaklaşımın benimsenmesi, karar verme süreçlerine katılımın desteklenmesi, iletişim kurma becerilerinin geliştirilmesi, iş birliğine dayalı davranışlarının arttırılması konularında; çalışan perspektifinden, ekip çalışmasının özendirilmesi, çalışan memnuniyetinin arttırılması, bilgi ve uzmanlığın arttırılması ve değer yaratılması konularında olumlu etkileri olduğu belirlenmiştir. Sağlık kurumu perspektifinden ise tanımlama ve tespiti kolaylaştırma, değişimin teşvik edilmesi, gelişimin desteklenmesi ve öğrenmenin tetiklenmesi konularında yarar sağlamaktadır. Sonuç: Sağlık hizmetlerinin sunumunda sorunlu alanlardan çok, olumlu yönleri geliştirmeye odaklanan TES, örgütsel gelişim ve değişim konularında sağlık yöneticileri ve araştırmacılara yeni bir alternatif sunmaktadır. Bu araştırma sağlık alanında yapılmış TES çalışmalarının etkinliğini bütüncül bir açıdan ortaya koymaktadır. Ayrıca bu çalışma, Türkiye'de yapılacak TES uygulamaları için de bir rehber niteliği taşımaktadır.

Objective: In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the Appreciative Inquiry (AI) applications performed in health institutions from the perspective of patients, employees and health institutions. Material and Methods: In the study; systematic review method were used for data collection, analysis, interpretation and presentation of findings. As a result of the review, 533 publications have been reached and 26 publications that meet the inclusion criteria have been evaluated within the scope of the research. Results: As a result of the research, when AI applications are examined for perspective of patients it is beneficial to adoption of a patient-oriented approach, supporting participation in decision-making processes, developing communication skills, and increasing cooperative behaviors; from the employee perspective, it has been determined that it has positive effects on encouraging teamwork, increasing employee satisfaction, increasing knowledge and expertise and creating value. Also from the perspective of the health institution, it provides benefits in terms of facilitating identification and detection, encouraging change, supporting development and triggering learning. Conclusion: Focusing on developing positive aspects rather than problematic areas in delivering of healthcare services AI, offers a new alternative to health managers and researchers in organizational development and change issues. This study demonstrates the effectiveness of AI studies in the field of health from a holistic perspective. Furthermore, this study also bears a guide for the application of AI to be held in Turkey.
