Amaç: Bu sistematik derlemenin amacı obezite cerrahisinde uygulanan psikososyal girişimleri sistematik olarak inceleyerek literatüre katkı sağlamaktır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu sistematik derleme MEDLINE, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Cochrane, PubMed, Ovid, ULAKBİM veri tabanları kullanılarak oluşturuldu. Derlemeye 2008-2018 yılları arasında, yayın dili Türkçe ve İngilizce olan, orijinal, randomize kontrollü, prospektif, retrospektif ve tam metin erişimi bulunan makaleler dâhil edildi. Literatür tarama sonucu toplam 179 çalışmaya ulaşıldı. Çalışmaya dâhil edilme kriterleri doğrultusunda derleme kapsamına 8 çalışma alındı. Bulgular: Literatür taraması sonucunda ulaşılan 8 çalışmadan 4'ünün randomize kontrollü, 3'ününprospektif, 1'inin de retrospektif çalışma olduğu görüldü. Çalışmaların çoğunda obezite cerrahisinde psikososyal girişim olarak bilişsel davranışçı terapi (BDT) yöntemlerinden yararlanıldığı belirlendi. BDT uygulanan gruplarda anksiyete ve depresyon düzeylerinin azaldığı, yeme davranışlarında belirgin düzelme olduğu, öz yeterliliklerinin ve benlik saygılarının yükseldiği, bilişsel fonksiyonlarının arttığı, yaşam kalitelerinin arttığı görüldü. Sonuç: İncelenen çalışmalar, obezite cerrahisi öncesi ve sonrası uygulanan psikososyal girişimlerin, hastaların yemek yeme davranışları, duygusal yemek yeme, anksiyete ve depresyon düzeylerini olumlu etkileyerek, yaşam kalitelerini ve bilişsel fonksiyonlarını iyileştirdiğini göstermektedir.

Objective: The aim of this systematic review is to contribute to the literature by systematically reviewing psychosocial interventions used for bariatric surgery. Material and Methods: This systematic review was created using the keywords 'bariatric surgery', 'preoperative period', 'postoperative period', 'psychosocial assessment' and MEDLINE, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Cochrane, PubMed, Ovid, ULAKBIM databases. Original, randomized controlled, prospective, retrospective articles with full text access published both in Turkish and English between 2008-2018 were included in the review. As a result of literature screening, totally 179 studies were accessed. 8 studies were included in the review In line with the inclusion criteria. Results: Of the 8 studies accessed as a result of literature screening, it was found out that 4 of them are randomized control and 3 are prospective and 1is retrospective study. It was seen that most of studies have benefited from the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) methods as a psychosocial intervention for bariatric surgery. For the cognitive behavioral therapy groups, it was found that anxiety and depression levels decreased, eating behaviors improved significantly, self-efficacy and selfesteem increased, cognitive functions improved, and quality of life increased. Conclusion: In the studies examined psychosocial interventions before and after obesity surgery show that improvement on eating behavior of patients, emotional eating, anxiety and depression levels, quality of life and cognitive functions.
