Her iki cihazdan elde edilen keratometri değerleri (düz [K1], dik [K2]), korneal astigmatizma, santral kornea kalınlığı (SKK), ön kamara derinliği (ÖKD), limbustan limbusa ölçüm (LLÖ), pupil ofset x, y ve toplam pupil ofset değerleri karşılaştırıldı.

Objective: In this study, we aimed to compare the anterior segment parameters and the pupil offset obtained with Lenstar biometry and Sirius topography devices. Material and Methods: Three measurements were taken with Lenstar biometry and Sirius topography devices in each eyes of 73 patients without ocular pathology except refractive error. The mean keratometric values (flat [K1], steep [K2], corneal astigmatism, central corneal thickness (CCT), anterior chamber depth (ACD), white-to-white (WTW) distance , pupil offset x, y, and the total pupil offset values were compared. Results: The mean age of the patients was 38.84±12.21 (18-60) years and the female to male ratio was 40 (54.8%)/33 (45.2%). The mean K1 values were 43.07±1.31, 42.97±1.28 D; mean K2 values were 44.12±1.47, 43.96±1.43 D; mean corneal astigmatism values were 1.05±0.72, 0.97±0.69 D; mean CCT values were 536±28, 539±27 μm; mean ACD values were 3.01±0.37, 2.95±0.41 mm and the mean WTW values were 12.06±0.37, 12.01±0.37 mm obtained with Lenstar biometry and Sirius topography, respectively. The mean pupil x offset values were 0.22±0.12, 0.20±0.16 mm; mean pupil y offset values were 0.11±0.08, 0.12±0.10 mm, and the mean total pupil offset values were 0.25±0.15, 0.27±0.12 mm respectively, measured with Lenstar biometry and Sirius topography. Conclusion: In conclusion, there was no statistically significant difference between the pupil offset measurements of Lenstar biometry and Sirius topography devices. In other anterior segment parameters, there were statistically significant differences without any clinical significance.
