Objective: This research was conducted as a cross-sectional and correlational study to determine women's perceptions of respectful care and their satisfaction levels with the services provided at birth. Material and Methods: The research was conducted between 15 January 2023-15 March 2023 with 247 women who met the criteria for participation in the research. Data in the research; The Personal Information Form was collected with the Women's Respectful Birth Care Perception Scale (KSDBAÖ) and the Birth Satisfaction Scale (DMS). SPSS 23.0 package program was used in the analysis of the data obtained in the study. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum values, independent sample t test, one-way analysis of variance, Tukey HSD test, Pearson correlation analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Results: The average age of the women participating in the study was 28.55±6.13, and the average week of gestation at which they gave birth was 39.09±1.48. The mean DME score of women was found to be high as 111.31±10.09 and the mean KSDBSS total score was found to be high as 85.31±8.15. The mean score of the "providing comfort" subscale of KSDPAS was 85.31±8.15; the mean score of the ''participation in care'' subscale was 29.11±4.78 and the mean score of the ''maltreatment'' subscale was 23.93±1.53. Conclusion: Intrapartum maternity care is a fundamental human right and the ethical, psychological, social and cultural dimensions of birth should be taken into account in this process. As a result of the research, it was determined that as women's perception of respectful birth care increases, their satisfaction level with the services they received during birth increases, and as they are exposed to maltreatment, their satisfaction with birth decreases.
