Veriler, araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanan 'Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu', 'Hemşirelik Mesleğine Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği (HMYTÖ)' ve 'Bireyselleştirilmiş Bakım Skalası-A (BBS-A)' kullanılarak toplandı. Hemşirelerin HMYTÖ toplam puan ortalaması arttığında BBS-A toplam puan ortalamasının pozitif yönde arttığı saptandı.

Objective: This study was conducted for the purpose of determining the individualized care perceptions of nurses according to their professional attitudes. Material and Methods: The study was carried out as a descriptive and cross-sectional study with nurses working in a public hospital between January-May 2019. The study was completed with 160 nurses who agreed to participate in the study without selecting sample. Data were collected using the 'Introductory Information Form' which was prepared by the researchers, as well as 'Attitude toward Nursing Profession Scale (ATNPS)' and 'Individualized Care Scale-A (ICS-A)'. In evaluation of the data; Shapiro-Wilk test, Levene test, t-test, Anova, Kruskal Wallis test, Duncan test and Pearson's correlation analysis were used. All of the findings were evaluated at the significance level of p<0.05. Results: It was determined that age average of the nurses who were included in the study was 28.23±5.39 years; 104 (65%) of them were female, 90 (56.3%) were married, 136 (85%) had bachelor's degree, 61 (38.1%) worked in surgical units, 121 (75.6%) were satisfied with their unit and 88 (55%) had worked for 0-5 years. In the study, it was found that the nurses' total ATNPS score average was 152.63±20.36 and total ICS-A score average was 3.64±0.70. It was determined that the difference between the nurses' marital status, satisfaction with their unit, duration of working and total ATNPS score average was statistically significant (p<0.05). It was determined that the difference between the nurses' marital status and total ICS-A score average was statistically significant (p<0.05). A positively and statistically significant relationship was determined between total ATNPS and ICS-A score averages (p<0.05). Conclusion: It was found that the nurses' total ATNPS and ICS-A score average was good. It was determined that as the nurses' total ATNPS score average increased, their total ICS-A score average increased positively.
