Objective: Functional movement dysfunction is a risk factor for poor performance and injury. The primary aim of our research is to investigate the effects of dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS) and core exercise method on functional movement screen (FMS') battery and change of direction test (T-test), the secondary aim is to investigate the effects of both training methods (DNS and core) on FMS' and T. -to compare their effects on the test. Material and Methods: Twenty-six football players who participated in super amateur league competitions participated in our experimental research, which included pre-test and post-test. Participants were randomly assigned to DNS group and core group. Participants in both groups applied the exercise programs planned for them in addition to football training for 6 weeks. FMS' battery and change of direction test (Ttest) were used before and after the study to measure the effectiveness of the exercises. Kolmogorov-Smirnov values were examined to determine the homogeneity in the analysis of the data. Mann-Whitney U was used to compare the means between the groups, and the Wilcoxon signed rank test was used to compare the pretest-posttest mean of the groups. The significance value was determined as p0.05). Conclusion: Our findings support the hypothesis that DNS and core-based exercises increase functional movement quality and decrease change of direction test time.
