Amaç: Telerehabilitasyon, teletıp hizmetlerinin son yıllarda öne çıkan popüler alanlarından biridir. Uzaktan gerçekleştirilen hizmetler ile klinisyenlerin bireyleri uzun mesafelere rağmen değerlendirmeleri, izlemeleri ve egzersiz programlarına müdahale edebilmeleri mümkün olabilmektedir. Özellikle içinde bulunduğumuz süreç bireylerin fiziksel aktivitelerinin azalmasına sebep olup, çeşitli problemlerin ortaya çıkmasına neden olmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, pandemi sürecinde fizyoterapist eşliğinde çevrim içi Pilates yaptırıp fiziksel yönden aktif olan kişilerin, yaşam kalitelerinin, ruh sağlıklarının ve uyku kalitelerinin nasıl etkilendiğini anlamaktır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Çalışmamıza, 25-50 yaşları arasında 26 Pilates grubu, 26 kontrol grubu olmak üzere toplam 52 gönüllü katılımcı dâhil edildi. Pilates gruplarındaki bireyler 8 hafta boyunca haftada 2 gün 1 saatlik online Pilates programına alındı. Kontrol grubuna gevşeme ve solunum egzersizlerinden oluşan bir ev programı verildi. Bireylerin fiziksel aktivite seviyeleri; Uluslararası Fiziksel Aktivite Anketi ile yaşam kaliteleri; Kısa Form-36 ile depresyon düzeyleri; Beck Depresyon Ölçeği ile uyku kaliteleri ise Pittsburgh Uyku Kalitesi İndeksi ile çalışma öncesi ve sonrasında online anket form doldurma yöntemi aracılığı ile değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Çevrim içi Pilates eğitimi sonucunda bireylerin yaşam kalitelerinde, ruh sağlıklarında ve uyku kalitelerinde gelişme görülürken (p0,05). Sonuç: Bu sonuçların ışığında, pandemi sürecinde hem sağlıklı bir alışkanlık kazanmak hem de sistemlerimizi güçlendirmek için 8 hafta haftada 2 kez uygulanan çevrim içi Pilates eğitiminin; yaşam kalitesini geliştirmede, ruhsal sağlığı korumada ve uyku kalitesini artırmada etkili olduğu sonucuna varıldı.

Objective: Telerehabilitation is one of the popular areas of tele medical services in recent years. With these services that are carried out remotely, it is possible for clinicians to evaluate, monitor and interfere with exercise programs despite long distances. Especially the process we are in causes the physical activity of individuals to decrease and causes different problems. The aim of this study is to understand how people who are physically active by performing online Pilates with a physiotherapist during the pandemic process, their quality of life, their mental health and sleep quality are affected. Material and Methods: A total of 52 volunteer participants, 26 Pilates groups and 26 control groups, aged between 25-50 years were included in our study. Individuals in the Pilates groups were included in a 1 hour online Pilates program twice a week for 8 weeks. The control group was given a home program consisting of relaxation and breathing exercises. Physical activity levels; with the International Physical Activity Questionnaire - Short Form, quality of life; with Short Form-36, depression states; with Beck Depression Scale, sleep quality; with the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index were evaluated before and after the study by using the online questionnaire form filling method. Results: As a result of the online Pilates training, there was an improvement in the quality of life, mental health and sleep quality of individuals (p0.05). Conclusion: In the light of these results, 8-week online Pilates training applied to gain a healthy habit during the pandemic process and strengthen our systems has been concluded to be effective in improving the quality of life, maintaining mental health and improving sleep quality in healthy individuals.
