ÖZET
Kök rezorpsiyonu, birçok faktörün neden olduğu sement ve dentinin kaybıyla sonuçlanan bir durumdur. Kök rezorpsiyonlarının eksternal ve internal kök rezorpsiyonları olmak üzere iki tipi vardır. Kök rezorpsiyonlarının gelişimleri fizyolojik, lokal, sistemik ve idiyopatik nedenlerle olabilir. İdiyopatik kök rezorpsiyonu, eksternal rezorpsiyonun nadir görülen bir formudur, genellikle semptomsuzdur ve radyografide tesadüfen teşhis edilir. Bu çalışmada, yarı gömülü 20 yaş dişinde ağrı şikâyeti ile kliniğimize başvuran 21 yaşındaki kadın olgunun, panoramik röntgeninde rastladığımız, etiyolojisi bilinmeyen birden çok kök rezorpsiyonu sunulmaktadır.

ABSTRACT
Root resorption is a condition that results in loss of cement and dentin caused by many factors. Root resorption has two types as external and internal root resorption. Root resorption development may be due to physiological, local, systemic and idiopathic reasons. Idiopathic resorption is a rare form of external resorption, usually asymptomatic and is diagnosed incidentally on radiography. In this case, we present a case of multiple root resorption which encountered in a panoramic x-ray of the patient who applied for twenty one-year-old female pain complaints that were not fully impacted third molar teeth.
