Objective: To examine the water sorption and water solubility values of new generation bulk-fill composites after aging in distilled water. Material and Methods: One microhybrid composite (Filtek Z250), one flowable composite (Filtek Supreme Flowable), two high viscosity bulk-fill composites (Tetric Powerfill, Filtek One BulkFill) and two low viscosity bulk-fill composites (Tetric Powerflow, Filtek Bulk-Fill Flowable) were used and 104 samples (8 mm diameterx2 mm thickness) were prepared. The samples were polymerized for 10 seconds using standard mode (1,200 mW/cm2 ) of BluePhase PowerCure polymerization device. Two more groups were prepared from Tetric Powerfill and Tetric Powerflow composites and polymerized for 3 seconds using the 3s Powercure mode (3,050 mW/cm2 ) of the same device (n=13). At the end of the 30th day the levels of water sorption, solubility and mass change percentages were measured according to ISO 4049:2009 standardization. Data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA and post hoc Tukey's test. Results: Tetric Powerflow 10s group exhibited the lowest water sorption values among all tested groups, while the highest water sorption values were observed in Filtek One-Fill group. There was no significant difference in water sorption and solubility values of 10s and 3s groups of Tetric Powerfill and Tetric Powerflow composites (p>0,05). The weight change percentages of all composite groups increased until the 30th day. Conclusion: The polymerization of Tetric Powerfill and Tetric Powerflow composites in both standard mode and short-term high intensity mode (3 seconds) hasn't resulted in any disadvantage in terms of water sorption and solubility.
