Bulgular: <35 yaş olanların %83,8'i, 35-55 arası olanların %90,5'i ve >55 olanların da %100'ü aşı olmak istediklerini belirtti. Kadınlarda aşı olma isteği %89,8 iken erkeklerde %82,9 olarak belirlendi. Katılımcılardan, kendini korumak isteyenlerin %100'ü, ailesini korumak isteyenlerin %92,8'i, hastalarını korumak isteyenlerin %95,2'si, yüksek riskli tıbbi durumu olanların %96,8'i aşı olmayı kabul etti (p<0,001). Aşı konusunda endişelerden, ''aşıdan kaynaklanan ciddi yan etkilere dair duyumların çoğunun doğru olduğundan endişeleniyorum ifadesine katılmıyorum'' cevabı verenlerin %96,1'i, ''Dünya Sağlık Örgütünün (DSÖ) aşının yan etkilerini olduğundan az hesapladığından endişeliyim ifadesine katılmıyorum'' cevabı verenlerin %94,4'ü aşı olmayı kabul ettiğini belirtti (p=0,001). Sonuç: Ankete katılan diş hekimlerinin çoğu aşı olmayı kabul etti. Aşı olmayı kabul etme yaşa ve cinsiyete bağlı değildi. Diş hekimlerinin aşı konusundaki endişeleri azdı.

ABSTRACT
Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate the factors that encourage or prevent dentists in Türkiye from the coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) vaccine acceptance and to evaluate their concerns. Material and Methods: The survey, which was sent online to dentists working in Türkiye, was applied between April-June 2021. The questionnaire consisted of demographic information, 10 questions about dentists' reasons for wanting to be vaccinated, 14 questions about their opposition to vaccination, and 5 questions about their concerns about vaccine efficacy. Statistical analysis was performed using Pearson chi-square, continuity correction and Fisher's exact tests. Significance level was taken as p<0.05. Results: 83.8% of the participants <35, 90.5% of those aged 35-55 and 100% of those aged >55 accepted vaccinated. Vaccine acceptance was 89.8% in women, 82.9% in men. 100% of participants who wanted to protect themselves, 92.8% of those wanted to protect their family, 95.2% of those who wanted to protect their patients, and 96.8% of those with high-risk medical conditions accepted to be vaccinated (p<0,001). A statistically significant relationship was found between 6 of reasons to be refusal vaccine with accept vaccine (p<0,001). The majority of those who disagreed with these statements accepted vaccine. Out of concerns about the vaccine, 96.1% who disagreed with these statement ''I am worried that most of the rumors about serious side effects from the vaccine are true'' and 94.4% who ''I am worried that World Health Organization (WHO) underestimates side effects of vaccine'' accepted vaccination (p=0,001).
