A total of 44 theses were reached. Ten articles that meet the inclusion criteria were evaluated. 8 of the theses included in the examination are patients, 1 is caregivers and 1 is adolescents and parents. It was stated that four of the theses included in the review were randomized controlled experimental, three were experimental, one was semiexperimental, and one was a semi-experimental research design with single group pretest-posttest design. 7 of the theses included in the review were used telephone, 2 were web-based, and 1 were telephone and video conferencing. According to the findings of the study evaluated within the scope of systematic review, telenursing interventions were found to be effective in adapting to diseases, adapting to the operation, increasing the quality of life, reducing stress, minimizing complications, and reducing hospitalizations. This systematic review has revealed that studies examining the effect of telenursing applications in theses in the field of nursing are quantitatively and interventions are mostly limited to telephone application, but the effects are positive. It is thought that the results obtained from the research will shed light on studies on telenursing.
