Dental trauma is frequently encountered in children and adolescents and requires prompt and accurate management. This case report aims to present the clinical outcomes of intentional replantation performed on a traumatically extruded maxillary incisor. A 16-yearold male patient presented to the Department of Endodontics, Faculty of Dentistry, Afyonkarahisar Health Sciences University, with an avulsed tooth #21 and an extruded tooth #11. Cone-beam computed tomography revealed a 4 mm labial extrusion of tooth #11, with no associated root or alveolar bone damage. As the tooth could not be repositioned into its proper alignment, intentional replantation was selected as the treatment approach. The tooth was replanted, splinted, and root canal treatment was completed. At the 6-month follow-up, the tooth remained asymptomatic and functional, with healthy periapical tissues. This case highlights that intentional replantation may serve as a successful treatment option in appropriately selected cases of traumatic dental injury.
