Results: The mean Beck Anxiety total score of the research group was calculated as 12.3±9.1, while the mean score of Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey subscale scores; For emotional burnout, it was calculated as 14.7±4.3, 9.6±3.3 for depersonalization and 19.5±4.4 for personal success. According to multivariate analysis results; being a female gender, being a first year student, not finding him/herself successful in the department, finding his/her social status as inadequate, poor and moderate health status were statistically significant predictive factors. The fact that being a sixth grade student, that the effective factor in his choice of profession was not his/her own desire, that his expectations from the profession were beneficial to the people and that he did not rise in this profession, the desire to change his department were significant factors that increased the depersonalization score. The fact that the department is suitable for the structure of the student, finding himself/herself successful in the department and being beneficial to the people from the profession is defined as predictive factors that increase the personal success score. Conclusion: The factors affecting their choices of profession and their expectations from the profession affect the personal success, burnout levels and anxiety.
