ÖZET
Amaç: ''Sessiz İstifa'' kavramı, gerçek bir istifa olmayan, genel anlamıyla ''işte en azını yapmak, yapılması gerekenler dışında hiçbir şey yapmamak, özel hayatı korumak ve daha az sorumluluk almak'' olarak ifade edilen sessiz bir vazgeçiş süreci olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, ''Sessiz İstifa'' ölçeğinin geliştirilmesi, geçerliliği ve güvenilirliğinin saptanmasıdır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Literatür incelenerek, ölçülmek istenen yapı belirlenmiş ve araştırmada kullanılmak üzere 5'li Likert ölçek tercih edilmiştir. Oluşturulan madde havuzundan benzer yargı ya da anlamı ifade edebilecek maddeler çıkarılarak taslak ölçeğin kapsam geçerliliği çalışmaları yürütülmüştür. Pilot uygulamanın yürütülmesi sonrasında geçerliliğe ilişkin açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri uygulanmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenilirliğini tespit etmek amacıyla da Cronbach alfa katsayıları değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında 202 sağlık profesyonelinden elde edilen veriler değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Bulgular: Geliştirilen ölçeğin Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin değeri 0,867 bulunmuş ve Bartlett küresellik testi de anlamlı görülmüştür. Ölçeğin uyum iyiliği değerleri incelendiğinde; Artan Uyum İndeksi (0,919), karşılaştırmalı Uyum İndeksi (0,919), ortalama hataların karekökü (0,079) ve ki-kareserbestlik derecesi oranı (3,908) mükemmel uyum; Düzeltilmiş Uyum İyiliği İndeksi (0,863), Normlaştırılmış Uyum İndeksi (0,904), Uyum İyiliği İndeksi (0,871) ve yaklaşık hataların ortalama karekökü (0,07) kabul edilebilir düzeyde uyum göstermiştir. Ölçeğin Cronbach alfa değerinin 0,861 olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç: Çalışma sonucunda, 2 boyut ve 11 maddeden oluşan ''Sessiz İstifa Ölçeği'' geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen ölçekle sağlık çalışanların sessiz istifa tutumları ortaya konulmaktadır.

ABSTRACT
Objective: The concept of ''Quiet Quitting'' is defined as a silent process of giving up, which is not a real resignation, but is generally expressed as ''doing the minimum at work, not doing anything other than what needs to be done, protecting private life and taking less responsibility''. The purpose of this research is to develop, validate and test the reliability of the ''Quiet Quitting'' scale. Material and Methods: By examining the literature, the structure to be measured was determined and a 5-point Likert scale was preferred to be used in the research. Content validity studies of the draft scale were conducted by removing items that could express similar judgments or meanings from the created item pool. After conducting the pilot study, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyzes regarding validity were applied. Cronbach's alpha coefficients were evaluated to determine the reliability of the scale. Within the scope of the research, data obtained from 202 health professionals were evaluated. Results: The Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin value of the developed scale was found to be 0.867 and the Bartlett test of sphericity was also found to be significant. When the goodness of fit values of the scale are examined; incremental fit index (0.919), comparative fit index (0.919), root mean square errors (0.079), and chisquare-degrees-of-freedom ratio (3.908) indicate excellent fit; adjusted goodness of fit index (0.863), normed goodness of fit index (0.904), goodness of fit index (0.871) and root mean square error of approximation (0.07) showed acceptable fit. The Cronbach alpha value of the scale was found to be 0.861. Conclusion: As a result of the study, the ''Quiet Quitting Scale'' consisting of 2 dimensions and 11 items was developed. With the developed scale, the silent resignation perceptions of healthcare professionals are revealed.

1. TERMS OF USE

1.1. - Providing structural, statistical and editorial support to article preparation stage for scientific journals.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Every USER agrees, declares and undertakes that they will not proceed by any function or action infringement of rights of "Turkiye Klinikleri"s and/or other third parties', they are the exclusive right holder on usage, processing, storage, made public and revealing any written, visual or auditory information reported to Turkiye Klinikleri" and/or "SITE" to the third parties. Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
