ÖZET
Amaç: Şiddet, tüm zamanların ve tüm ulusların en önemli sorunlarından biridir. Özellikle iş yeri şiddeti, son zamanlarda gündemden düşmeyen bir konudur. Bu araştırma, sağlık sektöründe maruz kalınan iş yeri şiddeti türlerini, yaşanma sıklıklarını, en fazla maruz kalan kesimi, şiddet olaylarının sağlık çalışanları ve iş yaşamları üzerindeki etkisini, şiddet nedenlerini ve şiddet olayı sonrası yapılan kurumsal uygulamaları ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırma evrenini 682 kamu sağlık çalışanı oluşturmaktadır. Sağlık sektöründe yaşanılan iş yeri şiddetinin çalışanlar üzerindeki etkisini ölçen anketin Türkçe uyarlaması yapılmıştır. Ölçekte geçerlilik, güvenilirlik analizi, açıklayıcı faktör analizi, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi, betimsel analiz yapılmıştır. Araştırma hipotezleri, Pearson ki-kare, bağımsız örneklem t-testi, ANOVA testi ve 'post hoc' testlerinden Scheffe testi ile sınanmıştır. Bulgular: Son 2 yıl içerisinde sağlık çalışanlarının yarısından fazlası iş yerinde herhangi bir şiddet olayına maruz kalmıştır. Doktorlar, şiddete en fazla maruz kalan kesimdir. Maruz kalınan şiddet olaylarının çoğunluğu sözel şiddet olup en fazla hasta yakınları ve hastalar tarafından gerçekleştirilmektedir. Şiddet nedenleri arasında azalan oranda sırasıyla tedavide uzun bekleme süreleri, kişinin aldığı hizmetle ilgili hayal kırıklığı, hastanın bilgilendirme yetersizliği sayılmaktadır. Şiddete maruz kalan sağlık çalışanlarının iş yaşamları, olumsuz etkilenmektedir. Cinsel şiddete maruz kalanların iş yaşamı, sözel ve fiziksel şiddete 'mobbing'e maruz kalanlara oranla daha fazla etkilenmektedir. Sonuç: Özveri ve adanmışlık gerektiren sağlık sektöründe şiddet, çalışanların iş yaşamlarını önemli ölçüde etkilemektedir. Çalışanların iş motivasyonuna, işe bağlılığına ve performansına daha fazla olumsuz yansımaktadır.

ABSTRACT
Objective: Violence is one of the most important problems of all times and all nations. Workplace violence is an issue that has not fallen off the agenda lately. This research aims to reveal the types of workplace violence exposed to in the health sector, their frequency, the most exposed group, the effects of violence on health workers and their work lives, the causes of violence and institutional practices after the violence event. Material and Methods: The population of the research consists of 682 public health workers. The Turkish version of the questionnaire was made. Validity, Reliability Analysis, Explanatory Factor Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Descriptive Analysis were performed in the scale. Research hypotheses were tested with Pearson chi-square, independent sample t-test, ANOVA test and Scheffe test, one of the post hoc tests. Results: In the last two years, more than half of health workers have been exposed to any violence at work. Doctors are the group most exposed to violence. The majority of the violent incidents that are exposed are verbal violence and mostly perpetrated by paitens' relatives and patients. Among the causes of violence, long waiting times in treatment, disappointment with the service received, and the patient's inability to inform. The work lives of health workers who are exposed to violence are adversely affected. The work life of those who are exposed to sexual violence is affected more than those who are exposed to verbal and physical violence and mobbing. Conclusion: Violence in the health sector, which requires dedication and dedication, significantly affects the work lives of employees. It reflects more negatively on the work motivation, commitment and performance of the employees.

"Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
