ÖZET
 Amaç: Sağlık personelinin 'human papillomavirus' aşısı hakkında donanımlı olmasının ve aşılamanın faydasına inanmasının, toplumun eğitilmesi açısından büyük yarar sağlayacağına inanıyoruz. Ayrıca bu konu okul ve üniversitelerde ve sağlık personeli arasında anketlerle veya diğer araştırma yöntemleriyle dile getirilirse, bu konu ile ilgili farkındalığın artacağını öngörüyoruz. Bu sebepten sağlık personelinin HPV aşılaması ile ilgili bilgi ve inanç düzeyinin araştırılmasını amaçladık. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Sağlık personelinin HPV aşılaması ile ilgili bilgi ve inanç düzeylerinin araştırılması amacıyla hastanemiz çalışanı sağlık personellerine yönelik 23 sorudan oluşan bir anket yapıldı. Anket içerisinde yer alan sorular başlıca fayda, ciddiyet, duyarlılık ve bariyer algısı sorularından oluşmaktaydı. Çalışma sonunda katılımcıların meslek ve eğitim durumuyla HPV aşılaması ile ilgili bilgi ve inanç düzeyleri karşılaştırıldı. Bulgular: Toplam 209 sağlık çalışanı ankete katıldı. Bunların %70,8'i kadın, %29,2'si erkek olup, ortalama yaşları 35,99 (±9,32) idi. Katılımcıların %53,1 hekim, %18,7'si hemşire, %28,2'si yardımcı sağlık personeliydi. Katılımcıların %95,7'si HPV aşısını daha önce duymuştu. Aşı yaptırma oranı %7,7, partnerlere aşı yaptırma oranı %2,4, çocuklara aşı yaptırma oranı ise %2,9 idi. Sonuç: Hastanemiz sağlık personelinin HPV aşısı ile ilgili farkındalıklarının yüksek olduklarını gözlemledik fakat aşıya olan güvenleri düşüktü. Sağlık bakım personelinin bilgili olmasının ve aşılamanın faydasına inanmasının toplumun eğitilmesi için önemli olduğunu düşünüyoruz.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: We believe that the knowledge of health personnel about human papillomavirus vaccine and to believe in the benefit of vaccination in terms of educating society. In addition, if this issue is raised in schools and universities and among health care personnel through surveys or other research methods, we foresee increased awareness of this issue. Therefore, we aimed to investigate the level of knowledge and belief of health personnel about HPV vaccination. Material and Methods: A 23-question survey was conducted for the personnel of our hospital in order to investigate the level of knowledge and belief of health care professionals about HPV vaccination. The questionnaire mainly consisted of questions of utility, seriousness, sensitivity, and barrier perception. At the end of the study, the occupational and educational status of the participants and their knowledge and belief levels about HPV vaccination were compared. Results: 70.8% of the total 209 healthcare workers were female and 29.2% were male, with a mean age of 35.99 (±9.32). 53.1% of the participants were physicians, 18.7% nurses and 28.2% assistant health personnel. 95.7% of the participants had heard of the HPV vaccine. Vaccination rate was 7.7%, partners vaccinated 2.4%, and children vaccinated 2.9%. Conclusion: We observed that the health personnel of our hospital had a high awareness of the HPV vaccine, but their confidence in the vaccine was low. We think that it is important for health care personnel to be knowledgeable and to believe in the benefits of vaccination for educating the society.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Every USER agrees, declares and undertakes that they will not proceed by any function or action infringement of rights of "Turkiye Klinikleri"s and/or other third parties', they are the exclusive right holder on usage, processing, storage, made public and revealing any written, visual or auditory information reported to Turkiye Klinikleri" and/or "SITE" to the third parties. 8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
