Objective: The aim of this study was to examine the effects of sprint time, agility and quickness training on the profiles of pre-puberty soccer players. Material and Methods: A total of 40 football players, including 19 male football players (age: X=11.52±0.5 yr, height: X=152.74±12.34 cm, weight: X=46.04±14.69 kg) in the control group and 21 male football players (age: X=11.38±0.49 yr, height: X=149.05±5.22 cm, weight: X=40.02±8.53 kg) in the training group, participated in the study voluntarily. In this study, sprint time, agility, quickness and change of direction performance of the participants were determined by 5-20 m speed, reactive agility test (RAT), Hexagon test, illinois test and modified illinois test (MODIT). After this phase, sprint, agility, quickness (SAQ) training was implemented to the participants for 8 weeks and final measurements were taken at the end of these 8 weeks. Performance variables of the training and control groups were analyzed with repeated measures of 2-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results: All the descriptive statistics of the training and control groups were found to be similar (p˃0.05). The interactions of the group and initial-final measurements were found to be significant in 0-5 m tests (p<0.05) and group x training interactions were found to be similar (p>0.05). The group main effect and group x training interaction test in 0-20 m test were found to be similar (p˃0.05) and training main effect were found to be significant (p<0,05). In Hexagon test, group main effect and training main were found to be significant (p<0.05) and group x training interaction was found to be similar (p>0.05). In MODIT measurements group and training main effect, group x training interaction were found to be significant (p<0.05). In the RAT right training main effect and group x training interaction were found to be significant (p>0.05) group main effect were not found (p>0,05). In the RAT left, all the results were found to be similar (p>0.05). In illinois difference among groups and training main effecsts and group x training interaction were found to be significant (p<0.05). Conclusion: In conclusion, an 8-week SAQ training programme enhances Illinois, MODIT, and reactive agility-right performance in pre-adolescent soccer players
