PRISMA sistematik derleme yöntemi kullanılarak, PubMed, ScienceDirect, Medline, Web of Science, Scopus veri tabanlarında KABG cerrahisi sonrası yaşam kalitesinin değerlendirildiği çalışmalar taranmıştır.
Patient-centered studies have gained importance in providing value-based healthcare services. In the treatment of ischemic heart diseases, one of the leading causes of healthcare use, more coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgeries are performed due to its superiority over morbidity.Research on quality of life especially in procedures after cardiac surgery, has increased worldwide. In this study; it is aimed to bring together researches on the evaluation of quality of life after CABG surgery by using systematic review method. PRISMA systematic compilation method was used for literature review. Studies evaluating "Quality of life after CABG" were reviewed in PubMed, ScienceDirect, Medline, Web of Science, Scopus databases. 26 research articles on isolated CABG surgery, published in 2010 and later, with full text available, determined to be medium and high quality after quality assessment, were included in study. It was determined that quality of life after CABG surgery was evaluated with generic, condition specific, preference based quality of life scales. It was found that the quality of life began to be evaluated preoperatively, and the shortest in the 2nd week after surgery, and the longest in the 12th year. It has been concluded that CABG surgery benefits patients and improves quality of life. Low physical condition, anxiety and/or depression, loneliness, body mass index, diabetes, smoking, COPD, history of stroke, decreased left ventricular function, and postoperative pleural drainage, high CK-MB and acute cardiac and cerebrovascular events was determined to affect the quality of life after CABG surgery.
