In this case report, two peripheral arterial patients treated with stem cell therapy were evaluated according to Roy adaptation model (RAM). Patients were interviewed one by one on the same day before stem cell therapy was applied. Risk factors of patients for adaptation were determined and brochures for risk modification were prepared. After the first session of stem cell therapy, the patients were trained with the brochure prepared one day before the discharge. In the second and third session of the stem cell therapy, compliance of the patients with the two-way interview was evaluated. At the end of the evaluation, it was determined that the first case was in adaptation with the training subjects made for the modification of risk factors according to RAM and the second case did not adaptation. According to the results of the study, it was concluded that RAM is appropriate for systematic and holistic evaluation of peripheral artery patients.
