Juvenile psammomatoid ossifying fibroma is a benign fibroosseous tumor. However, there is a risk of reccurence and it can show an infiltrative growing pattern. Histopathologically, the presence of concentric spherical bone fragments resembling psammoma body on fibrous cellular stroma is diagnostic. An 11-year-old female patient was admitted to the otolaryngology clinic with a complaint of slowgrowing swelling on the corner of the right eye for approximately 1.5 months. A mass was noted on radiologic evaluation and removed surgically. Juvenile psammomatoid ossifying fibroma was diagnosed based on clinical and radiological findings combined with histopathological evaluation. Here in, a case of juvenile psammomatoid ossifying fibroma was presented with its clinical, radiological and histopathological features.
