Objective: Patients with varying degree of tooth loss can be rehabilitated by different types of fixed or removable prosthesis. Dental implants as a surgical component that interfaces with the bone of the jaw or skull to support a dental prosthesis such as a crown, bridge, denture, maxillo-facial prosthesis. In recent years, dental implant treatment, which has a high satisfactory success rate, is frequently preferred by patients because of its psychological benefits such as increased quality of life, increased aesthetics and self-confidence. The aim of this study was to evaluate of patients' satisfaction and the factors that may affect the patient satisfaction of implant therapy. Material and Methods: 176 patients who received implant treatment (total number of 519 dental implants) in the last year were included in this study. Implant-related satisfaction based on accessibility, ease of application, cost, aesthetics and function criteria was evaluated on visual analogue scale. Results: Although, it was found that patients were satisfied with implant treatment in terms of aesthetic and functionality (8.59; 8.15), the treatment was thought to be high cost and complicated (6.17; 6.53). Conclusion: Patients' satisfaction rate with dental implant therapy is high, and aesthetic improvement and functionality are important elements of this satisfaction.
